The location of the apartement and the swimming pool in the hotel.

The apartment feels dated.

Very cozy and comfortable, spacious living room and kitchen, good location.

The SPA is little bit of out of date and not very clean. There is no private shower room after using it

The property is spacious and well equipped with the basics.

Level of cleanliness not great. There was a spiderweb in the bathroom as well as on the dining room lamp. We noticed some food crumbs underneath the sofa cushions in the lounge.

Its location

Very basic no toaster ,quite a walk to check in at the Hotel as we,d been told there was no carpark so we had to find a car park which cost us €17 to then get to check in and to be told there was a car park for us to use at the hotel

The location is brilliant. The apartment was quite large with a lovely outdoor seating area. Beds comfortable and really good shower. There was no tea or coffee in the apartment but I was advised of this prior to going so that was really good to be aware. The apartment had outdoor Christmas decorations which was a really nice touch. Valkenburg is beautiful and I would recommend this accommodation as it’s really central.

Check in was a real faff. It would have been good to inform me by email that I had to go to Park Hotel to check in instead of wandering up and down the street looking for reception. I did receive an email to check in online but not everyone wants to do this. The carpet in the sitting room is really grubby

Location was excellent

No plug for the kitchen sink. Also the basin in the bathroom does not hold water. Shower needs a non-slip mat

cleanliness, there was a smell the moment you walked in; the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly and there were no soaps so we had to buy because even the Park Hotel reception wasn’t able to provide us with some soap until Monday (we were leaving on Sunday)

Lovely appartment, it is (as the reviews on booking already say) a bit dated but that also has it's charm. It was clean, the staff was lovely and we enjoyed the spacious appartement!

The mattresses were seperate and kept moving. That was the only think we found annoying.

Really comfortable and a great location

It wasn't made very clear in advance where we had to check in and pick up the key - at the Park Hotel.

Apartment badly aged, needs renovation. Access to the apartment not very pleasant, the yard very neglected. Bathroom large but cold and unpleasant, without any storage locker on which to put cosmetic and other bathroom utensils.The TV did not work for 24 hours.

The apartment was spaceous. Kitchen had the necessities for cooking. Balcony had a great view on the skilift next door.

Altough everything looked clean in a flash, there where patches of mold in the bathroom and the floor in the livingroom needed vacuum cleaning. Nothing to bad but certainly room for improvement.

The apartment is big plenty of room for at least 6 people. The beds are comfortable.

There appliances are old, there is not even handsoap in the restroom. The carpet is also old I didn’t want to walk around barefoot because it looked dirty. The lighting in the bedroom was poor.
