Very friendly Personell and clean room, also very bigBathroom.We were late for dinner but they were very friendly and served us the dinner anyway which was amazingly delicious, we had Turkey breast i recommend. Just amazing experience!

I liked the breakfast and the available parking spaces, and while the rooms were larger than expected, the hotel was most suitable for a convenient stay if you did not plan to spend much time in the room.

It felt like I checked in on a very busy night with a large group staying at the hotel, and because staff were focused on serving that group, my check-in and request at the bar were largely ignored, which was disappointing. During check out the experience was way much better.

All our requests were fulfilled the staff was very friendly and nice we had a baby with us so all the preparations were made accordingly in our room and breakfast area

The room was clean and spacious. Good location.

The window was directly in front of a brick wall. The water was turned off in the morning due to a problem in town. No bottled water was offered from the hotel staff.

Breakfast was OK, idea of a lunch packet was good, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Amazing hospitality by the staff. The dinner was fabulous considering we are vegetarians. Amazing premium quality of food.

The room is spacious, and the bathroom is also very large, comparable in size to the room itself.

We were with kids, so we were expecting a kettle in the room for warm water, but it was missing. For breakfast, we were expecting a more substantial warm buffet breakfast.

Owners and staff were brilliant. The food was excellent. Nothing was too much trouble. Would definitely like to go again.

Great value for money; located in a very quite area surrounded by beautiful landscapes, room was quite spacious and clean. The staff were super friendly! We had a trail race the next day and were allowed to have early breakfast! Would visit this place again!

This hotel is a genuinely family run hotel who care hugely about their hotel. The welcome, in English, could not have been warmer. Their concern for their guests showed when they asked about any food allergies as part of the initial welcome. The staff in the bar were equally friendly and helpful. I loved the location, though some might find it a bit quiet - but that's what I wanted. It is just 3kms away from the town of Valkenburg which is a very popular holiday destination and is full of people at this time of year which is why I chose the Hotel Bemelmans to get away from the crowds.. The grounds are like a southern English garden, and the owners would appear to be trying to grow some of their herbs and vegetables.. The hotel was full of Dutch people, many with bicycles.

The only thing I found a bit strange was that the evening meal was served at 6.30pm and everyone had to be there then. there was no choice - everyone got the same, with appropriate modifications for those with food intolerances. It wasn't a problem for me as I had chosen the half-board option anyway. Oh - and the food was delicious.

Our room was spacious with very comfy beds., Beautiful scenery from our balcony. Lovely hikes, friendly and helpful staff. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast after an early morning hike. Enough to do in the towns surrounding the hotel.

Room was not comfortable , was bad decorated was not better than a dorm. not worth of that much money.

The scenery was not that impressive but for 1 night it was okay
