It’s bit far, you need a car to move around

We came to visit Valkenburg for the Christmas markets and the parade. We absolutely loved our stay at this nice hotel. The hospitality of the personnel makes you directly feel right at home. The hotel was also very nicely decorated with lovely Christmas ornaments. The breakfast was totally amazing, all items were fresh and delicious. The hotel is conveniently located close to Valkenburg. It is good to keep in mind that the bus comes once per hour in the evening. Our room faced their charming garden including cute rabbit Sjeng's house :)

We loved almost everything, except the carpeted floors in the room. We also spotted a silverfish on the wall near our bed, which seems to be a common thing in homes across the Netherlands.

Breakfast was yummy! Choices of meats, bread, juice and yogurt with muesli. Had the perfect soft boiled egg too. The bed was a little saggy, but was comfortable enough. Our hostess was very pleasant and helpful, showed us the beautiful gardens with their rabbit too. The city is small, but in the hills and just wonderful! These are the kinds of places I love to visit and stay!!

The host is a very happy and friendly lady, makes you feel right at home. I ate a little bit with breakfast, didn't even charge me for it. Safe place to store your bike.

Because of the heat, I had to leave the window open, which was next to the window in the next room, where a girl was talking on the phone until late at night, it was like having her inside my room. Despite my punches on the wall, she never stopped talking, I was only able to sleep very late. Maybe air conditioning would have solved this problem.

Breakfast (non-buffet) somewhat meagre for the price but understandable with low occupancy. The eggs did take a long time to arrive..

This hotel has a very original vibe, people running the hotel are super nice and friendly. We visited the hotel coming by bus from Maastricht and that worked well. We found a place for dinner close by with a short walk to green environment of the hotel, very nice! Great breakfast.

very friendly staff. excellent breakfast!last check in is at 21.00 but we didn’t know and arrived at 22.00. The owner waited for us and was extremely pleasant and welcoming despite the inconvenience we caused.

Very small and narrow room. No place to move inside in 3.No desk, no table, no chairs.

The hosts are very hospitable and friendly. The location is perfect if you want to be close to Maastricht but at the same time want to enjoy the beautiful surroundings of the city; it is only a ten-minute drive through a magnificent landscape. The breakfast is great! The rooms are simple but clean. The property also has a great garden you can enjoy, and the ability to park on the property is a great plus if you are traveling by car.
