Hotel De Wilde Kriek

The owners of the hotel are just the nicest and friendliest people who made us feel very welcomed. I really liked the location of the hotel as it's just short walk away from the center and old town. The breakfast was good with various choices of breads, cheese, ham, fruits etc. We had a free parking on the street just opposite of the hotel.

Good breakfast. Very social owners, always ready for a chat with all their guest, and always ready to help with anything. Room is clean and tidy.

The staff was great, peaceful location at a 10 minutes walk from the nice restaurants in the city centre. The hotel’s garden offers a breath of fresh air and relaxation. The parking is right across the street.

The rooms were quite noisy especially with the windows open. This wasn't a big deal to us as we mostly just slept in the room and we're otherwise out and about.

We had a cozy stay! Our room was in a good condition with comfortable beds. The breakfast was delicious!The location is great since the train station is only a 10 minute walk away. Valkenburg is a very nice town with many restaurants, cafes and grocery stores. As a tourist, you will probably find everything you need there.

We had no complaints. The only thing worth mentioning here is that some of the rooms have windows facing the road so consider bringing earplugs for sleeping.

Breakfast was superb, fresh bread from a bakery. The two owners were absolutely delightful... Gave restaurant recommendations and advice due to Valkenburg being busy due to the Christmas markets.

all fine, but not a hotel, a nice B&B, for us bit outside of the centre, all was ok, not spectacular, ok.

to our standards we paid quite a high price, and for that we expected bit more luxury and comfort, bathroom is quite basic.

Cozy, close to centrum, great host

Our stay was exceptional. The communication was great, the host was very kind and helped us with everything. She showed us where to go and what to do. She asked if we have any special needs/request for the breakfast. The room was very cosy and clean. The bed was very comfy. The parking is right across the street and is free of charge.

We had a room overviewing the garden , at the back.

Our room was the last one so not much pressure in the shower and the water wasn t very hot.Everything else was great.

The hotel staff is very helpful and friendly.The room is quite clean and quiet.

It was cool in the hotel. At an outside temperature of +7C, the room felt no more than 15. You can have a hearty meal for breakfast, but there was no variety of choice.
