Hotel 1711

Breakfast was excellent and so was the service by the staff. We were also allowed to store our luggage in a safe room while we were walking around the city which was very nice. The location is also very central and close to food & the caves.

We had a room with a broken bathroom door but this problem was quickly resolved.

Nice hotel in the center of Valkenburg. Located near tourist center of the town. Excellent and tasty breakfast. Helpful and friendly staff. Plus garage for the cars.

Great location. Perfect starting point to explore. Continental Breakfast included. Friendly and helpful owner. Nice ambient.

The breakfast was made fresh, plentiful and yummy. The owner was delightful and extremely helpful with ideas on things to do in the area. The elevator was a blessing! The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Big windows that opened to the main street.

The room was on the main street and therefore noisy very late. A bottle of water in the room would be a nice touch...nothing of real importance. We will definitely stay there again.

The location is in the middle of the town

Generally speaking, a budget hotel, they are trying to upgrade the rooms but found the workmanship of our room that had been upgraded poor.

The location is great - very central, opposite the castle ruins. The room was comfortable and clean, and breakfast was very good. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It had the air of a cheerful, family-run place. Very pleasant indeed.

Great breakfast, friendly staff, lovely patio (terras) with comfortable sofa from where one can see the buzzing tourist town and passing cyclists (clearly a big attraction in Valkenburg). Will definitely visit again.

Very friendly staff, seems like a small family business run by father and kids. The location was great as the hotel is located in the middle of the centre. The hotel has it's own parking garage. The breakfast was good, with the staff taking orders at the table. The coffee and yogurt were self service. We asked for the rooms to be close to each other, and they complied with our request.

The only we didn't see was an airco. The hotel is of small scale.

For the price we were thoroughly surprised how great a location and place we got. Particularly if we consider that free parking was included in this small hotel right in the center of the city. It was a bonus to us that gluten-free options were available for breakfast (included in our already great price)

The TV in the room was small and I could not connect to it to project my own movie therefore we were left for the standard channels. Lucky that "Mamma Mia" was just starting on one :)

Staff is super friendly, location is great and breakfast included was really nice.

Bit of a smell in the elevator but for the rest all good
