the bathroom the shower dirty the hallways were clean floors the entrance was inviting . the location was 2 miles out if to in a industry park and scary to walk

Conveniently located near the highway. There was a very nice gentleman at the front desk.

Bathrooms and showers were so wet and swampy. The halls smelled like body odor

Location next to highway and fast charging possibly on the parking lot

Room wasn't clean, very dirty in fact. bathroom tiny and no shower gel/shampoo or soap. Although prepaid through Booking they charged the same amount to my credit card on check in again (not a deposit).

We had no internet access, we were exhausted from the travelling and were then told that there would be no reception staff until 5 pm (2.5 hr wait). We were told to use a check in machine, which we couldn't access without refering to our bookings account on the phone. We gave in, and booked into Ibis budget around the corner, who did have Friendly helpful staff. This cost us the booking. But we will never use them again.

Dreadful, insulting and upsetting

The man on reception was very rude and insulting. He ruined our stay. The room was smelly and grotty. There were holes in the sheets. The shower was dangerously hot and there was no heating

Old vending machines- not accepting cards. Could be cleaner , look on spiderwebs on top of doors just next to „restaurant area”

Simply furnished (bed, small table, TV), sink next to the bed. Ok for one night. Pet friendly.

The location is not good for walking. The hotel is usable only if you need to sleepover somewhere. In the capsule shared shower someone before me left a wet socks. Disgusting.. Luckely there is more showers.

Bad

Unclean micro size room even though said double with bath, tiny shower in need of refurbishing. Black hairs in the bed.

Good size room with comfortable bed. Sink in room

Difficult to find if using public transport. Reception a long way from the road. The reception area is a bit cramped and vending machines are expensive.

Nothing special to mention.

Very small room. Very small bathroom. Claustrophobic. Couldn't find info about wifi password. Ask for help through the booking.com chat, until today, no answer. The check-in is problematic after reception hours. Poor info on how to do it. Bunch of guests at the door without knowing what to do. After you manage to do the check-in on the machine, a microscopic receipt comes out where you can read nothing. Lot to improve!

Nothing...poor location in industrial estate, noisy, no en-suite available, poor dining facilities and grossly overpriced. Not worth staying here again....definitely a hostel, not a hotel.

Everything but above far too expensive!

Parking on site and restaurant

Not suitable for families. Had to sleep 2 Adults and children in separate rooms, communal toilet and bathrooms, ATM check-in system, the ATM gave only one option to pay one night, and we were their for two nights, hotel had cancelled our second night because we hadn't advised intension of staying second night in the morning even do we had made two night reservations.

Horrible awful horrendous

I arrived late after 10+ hour flights only to be given a dirty room by an automated check in system. No one was there to help and I ended up spending 250 euros on another hotel.

Quartos pequenos porém aconchegantes

We arrived and the receptionist was not there anymore, we tried to make the check in by the machine but nothing works, we got 35 minutes in the outside waiting someone to help us, me and my wife, at night. We sent texts and nothing, we tried call and after 5 minutes someone finally picked up. And she could resolve the problem because “the maganer was not there” only after almost 45 minutes and to much stress we finally did the check in

I order a babybed in my reservation but i did’´t get it in my room. I checkin at 1:30 at night and i coudn’t sleep the hole nicht because my child sleep betwen us in the sem bed. It was terribel because i had a very long trip ?
