    Pros +

    • Is good for the price, is clean and it’s good to stay a few days
    • Easy to book even just moments before arrival, staff were very nice and communicated well enough in English (great, since our French is poor). Good WiFi, room with all essentials for short term stay.
    • Ready access from key motoways. Really good supportive staff.

    Cons -

    • They have to improve the communication skills and the reception service.
    • The bunk bed for the third guest is not very comfortable for an adult to climb in (rather close to the ceiling and uncomfortable steps) so keep that in mind. The bathroom is also too small for longer stays, but 1-3 days should be fine.
    • In the middle of an industrial estate - but ok for an overnight stop.

Just off the motorway. A no frills, basic hotel where you get what you pay for. As long as you're aware of that you should be happy.

Looking a little tired but room was clean and acceptable.

I love the american cheap motel vibe of the place. It is close to the town and it has everything you need to spend a night.

The bathroom smelled really bad. There was a dog barking for hours inside of a room. The breakfast was poor, we missed some healthy options like fruit or some protein.

Compact, cosy, hot water, warm, self check in for late check in. perfect for a one night stop on a long journey from morrocco to uk.

No English instructions in gate when checking in out of hours.

Good location near the motorway, and helpful staff on arrival.

    Limited lighting in the room.

    The room was clean

Situated in the middle of an industrial estate. Receptionist was confused and confusing. Towels were removed and not replaced. Our complaint about the towels was met with the most insincere apology I’ve ever witnessed.

    Amazing staff

Old fashion, dirty, smelly (old cigarette smoke) and pricy

    Situation -easy to find.

Although the bed was comfortable, the room was tiny and dark. The bathroom was much too cramped. The general aspect, decor, was awful. Although the room seemed clean, the approach and external facade was cracked, peeling and covered in mould and mildew. It looked thoroughly run down. The breakfast was minimal.

You get what you paid for. It should be a suitable stop over for long trips. The room is clean and the beds are comfortable enough.

For the price you pay no luxuries should be expected. But as a place to rest during a long trip it fails just because of other guests. People chatting outside / in other rooms didn't allow for a well slept night.

    To bad...

We hated our experience, it could not be worst. The place had an awful ambience. The majority of the clients seemed to live in this hotel and were outside the rooms, on the balconies, making noise, smoking and disturbing . We felt insecure and despite having paid for the stay, we left immediately, the hotel Premiere Classe Bayonne didn't accept to refund us. We think that your site shouldn't advertise places like that!

    Location

We all know this is a cheap hotel close to the road. I've used a few times but this time was terrible because of the noise. There were a lot of people, man and woman at the garden in front of the rooms, smoking, speaking very laud, laughing and disturbing the peace from 22:00 until 00:30. The hotel should have more control of that to respect the guests privacy.

Facilities were good, toilet/shower etc in room. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of coffee, orange juice, bread, cereal etc. An American type motel.

A bit difficult to find, stuck in an industrial estate. OK for car-borne people, but for those who use public transport...

    8HelenPosted on: 1-7-2024

The location is great for a stop over on a long journey, with the ability to use the automatic check in if you arrive late. The beds were comfy and large, and the rooms were warm.

Needs a good clean and patch up repairs

    6SallyPosted on: 11-25-2023

The room was ok and the bed was comfortable. Automatic check in was convenient.

A long walk from Bayonne and the hotel itself was in quite a rough trading/industrial estate.
