Adonis Hotel Bayonne

Location and staff attitude.

WiFi was not working

Absolutely no complaints, lovely clean crisp room with a view of the river, with a beautiful new looking en suite. There is a classy looking restaurant next door (didn't try it) and saw at least one other close by on the drive in.The receptionists were more then helpful, it couldn't be any better : )

Everything that we needed was there and nothing was too much trouble for the staff

The signage outside could be better as we struggled to find it. Google was sending us the wrong way and because it was dark we didn’t see the sign.

Clean room and fresh bedsheets, heating

No hairdryer, small towels, thin walls that made it noisy, lack of essentials (even to buy) like toothpaste

Parking, location and size of the room.

It would be great to have better lighting in the room.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. We didn't have the breakfast, but this hotel was in a good location for our trip. Easy parking in front of the hotel. The Air Conditioning was great and the shower very nice. Bed too was comfortable.

Hotel is situated just outside of town so nice and quiet and less than 10 mins from the centre

As we had a dog we had to have breakfast outside, this area would have been better if it was cleaned.

The rooms were spacious. Hotel was situated in a quiet area and the room view outside was to the rover which was great.

There was a TV in one room only, another TV would have been great. 2 of the towels were dirty and couldn't change them because there was no staff at reception. We found a cockroach in our room, again had to wait until the morning to inform staff because no one was at reception. When I told the staff all they said was it came from outside, but it didn't as we didn't open the windows.

Very helpful staff, good clean room

No kettle

Convenient location, safe parking, polite helpful reception staff. Access to Microwave and fridge facilities very useful.

Had difficulty in finding the property as not clearly signposted from roundabout.

Perfect for a stopover or transit. We travelled with a dog and the accommodation and area around is perfect for staying with our pet

A bit outside of the main stream locations… only few dining options. Possibly, we could have ordered food via app.

We liked everything about it. Comfortable beds. Good view from the window. Parking.Had to do a little spin on the car, the google was lost. It didn't take long, so it's not even a minus.

Very close to A63, perfect for a stopover in a long trip. Dog friendly.

Everything about the hotel exceeded our expectations. We were travelling with 3 children and 3 dogs and the hotel was very accommodating in every way.

There wasn't much for the children at breakfast time in the morning so if any feedback it would be to add a few more cooked items for breakfast.

The staff were helpful.Gluten free bread available for breakfast

Couldn't see a stairway for fire escape

Very comfortable bed, good breakfast.

Very small towels

Not far from motorway to Spain and 10 mins from Bayonne Centre by car. They accept animals with a 10€ surcharge.

All good

Nice hotel, easy to find, good parking lot, it was very hot, and the ac was broken, I was informed by phone prior, and they put a fan in the room and offered me breakfast which was not included. Apart from the heat, it is a very good hotel.

The Heat

Perfect for a stop off. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Room was tidy and wasn't to bad for the price. Would use again :)

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. As the airco was broken in our reserved room she upgraded us. Good beds, spacious room and clean.

As it was sunday there were no restaurants open in walking distance of
