Excellent central location. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable room.

We love visiting Bayonne and this property is in the perfect location with secure parking just across the street. The room was excellent and comfortable. The staff were warm and friendly. I highly recommend.

The hotel advertises itself as having parking, but in reality, it does not have its own parking. Instead, it outsources a few spots which must be reserved separately.Although the hotel has a designated drop-off and pick-up area for guests, when it is occupied by parked cars, the staff does absolutely nothing to prevent it. This becomes truly inconvenient if you arrive with lots of luggage and children, as you have to go to the parking lot and then return to the hotel carrying all your bags.

Bar & restaurant were closed 3 of 5 evenings during our stay.

It was very cozy and comfortable in the room. It was perfect. The staff communicated well.

It was a little far from the beach, to walk.

Excellent location. Smaller room than expected but love having separate toilet and bathroom. Bed was very comfortable. We did not gave a chance to eat at the restaurant but the menu looked very interesting. Staff was friendly. Location was quiet despite the restaurant being right downstairs .

Carpet in the room was warned out and old. The elevator did not go right to the floor. Needed to carry suitcase up half a floor.

We had a problem with the heat but Fiona from the reception solved it as it expected as a guest when you are in a hotel.

The reception and breakfast staff were exceptional. It is so centrally located and charming.

Location and setting was lovely

The restaurant was closed for staff holidays for the entire week we stayed. There was no mention on the hotel website or Booking.com that the bar and restaurant would be closed. When we arrived there was a small paper sign up and the reception staff told us. There was no apology. During our stay breakfast was limited and not as described in the photos of the hotel website. The last day or so it improved.

Nothing open on a Sunday evening, no bar and no restaurant. Breakfast wasn’t great, not much of anything at all.

The hotel is very close to the town center, so its position was excellent. Staff very helpful, gave good recommendations for dinner in town, as the hotel's restaurant was closed the day/evening we were there. Good breakfast as well.

The 2 parking places at hotel's entrance are quite small, not easy to see when you first arrive, and are only for downloading/loading your luggage. Then you have to drive to the nearby public parking, which is spacious and easy to access on foot from the hotel. When we arrived, the 2 parking spaces by the hotel were occupied (illegally, by cars delivering merchandise to nearby businesses). We had to make a long detour and come back, and still had to wait for space to be made available. The street has only one lane per direction and is quite busy, so it is not possible to wait too long, as you hinder traffic. These observations are mainly for other hotel customers, so they are aware of the situation. I doubt the hotel can do anything about it.b

Good location and friendly staff. The bathroom was spacious and comfortable. Check-out time was 12:00, which was convenient for walking around the city in the morning on the day of departure.

Love this Hotel, would stay again. Super friendly, clean, comfortable accommodation. Well situated in a historic building. Easy Parking, nice breakfast.
