Karystion Hotel

We did not like the room we initially received. It was very small no coffee maker and no fridge. However when I asked the staff for an upgrade we immediately were offered a mini suite which was lovely. It was twice the price but worth it. After that courtesy we were very happy . The morning breakfast is not wonderful but substantial. The location is very beautiful with lovely gardens and a great beach for swimming and watching the sunset.

My wife and I really enjoyed it here. A cozy park’s corner on the seashore, and at the same time on the first line of the main embankment. The hotel is simple, but well renovated, with a very cozy lounge area and great views from every rooms. The price of accommodation these days was beyond competition.

We missed mosquito nets on the balcony door.

I stayed here for around 3,5 weeks in October. It's relaxed, beautiful hotel garden and terrace, great view from morning to evening, the rooms are clean and functional the wifi/internet was stable and fast enough. the hotel has a unique location, the city at a walkable distance but still at the edge, close beaches 1min away, that are beautiful, very helpful and super-friendly staff. very good breakfast, I appreciated everything here and felt like a human being, not a paying number

The location was exceptional. We had beautiful sea views from our balcony. Comfortable beds. Really good value for money.

There was only one pillow per person. I'm sure another would have been supplied if we had asked.

Our room needed upgrading. The laminate flooring had obviously got wet and was uneven and rough on the feet.The bathroom was also very 'tired'.We didn't like people smoking on the terrace while we were eating..

Fabulous position on the headland, I don’t think any room would have a bad view. Lovely nearby beaches and restaurants.

2 extra pillows and a blanket or bedspread would have been appreciated.

Great location, with easy access to swimming, the beach and great restaurants. The rooms have everything you need on holiday, basic,spacious and functional. All rooms have a balcony overlooking the gardens and the sea. The setting of the hotel is amazing - the restaurant is perfect place to welcome in the morning over breakfast.

The price had nearly doubled since we stayed here in 2023 (around 60€ to 100€/night). The only change seemed to be the buffet breakfast and a new private beach area. We have very happy memories here, so we were happy to come back, but compared to other hotels in Greece the new price seemed a little high. It might be because August is such a busy month, but the customer service for overseas guests seemed minimal and a little rushed.

All the staff were nice, friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean and I loved the balcony facing the beaches. Truly a nice view! The breakfast buffet was delicious. I would stay here again!

The location is fantastic, the gardens all around and the beach. The hotel served an excellent breakfast and has its own restaurant for lunch and dinner. They have excellent food and drinks. Our stay was made even better due to the great personnel this hotel has. Everyone greeting you with a smile and willing to fulfill any request quickly and efficiently. I loved the proximity to the Hussle and bustle but still being in a quite location so you can have a three minutes walk and find yourself in the middle of the action. The rooms are small but very clean with comfortable mattresses and pillows. The Wifi and the AC work great and the view from the balcony is amazing.

I have no complaint whatsoever. It's an amazing hotel.

Everything, top location on the hill, surround by park, 20m from private beach better look then in hotel pictures, very polite staff, variety breakfast everyday with fresh orange juice, free parking and drink water in every floor, very close to the centar but in quiet part, see view from the balcony …

Excellent location, breakfast even a bit limited contain high quality products ( honey, yogurt , vegetables, cookies , fresh orange juice , etc ). I didn't liked so much the taste of coffee but acceptable . High level of clearness and very friendly stuff .

A lovely hotel. We only had a one night stopover and found it very comfortable. The staff were very friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

A delicious breakfast was served on the terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea by friendly staff - it was perfect. The hotel is yards from the beach and from our balcony, we could look out on the sea and the mountains above.

Honestly, everything was perfect.

The view is phenomenal. Beach is only some 20m from the hotel. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Breakfast is good, though there aren't too many cereal options. Cleaning is done every day.

Great location!! Within a short walk to tavernas and town. Wonderful breakfast room with panorama view over the sea. Staff were brilliant.

Bathrooms are very small with a very awkward shower.
