Room\bed comfy. Staff friendly & welcoming. Lovely area to sit outside & have a drink.Breakfast fantastic, lovely selection of breads & preserves.

Nothing - definitely stay here again if in the area.

Good breakfast and clean rooms. Staff very friendly. Can’t really walk to anything from hotel. Need a car but they do have onsite free parking.

The hotel had a nice garden area with a few animals , play area and a mini grapevine. Good, clean bedrooms. Good breakfast.

The hotel was good, but Libourne was very quiet and hard to find restaurants that were open on Saturday and Sunday evenings.

Long drive down from St Malo. Unfortunately restaurant was closed. Nearest place is a 5 mins/20 min walk away. Check on the day I guess. Next time I'll stay at the Mercure, just in case I need some food.

Clean, comfortable room and free tea, coffee and water. Nice and quiet.

Resteraient closed on a Friday and Saturday night…. I mean… what??? Had to get take out McDonald’s. Grim.

Functional hotel, very clean, friendly staff. We had a small room but it contained everything that was necessary for an overnight stay. We had a very nice evening meal, and secure parking which was free. Dog friendly too. We appreciated the kettle in the room and we were able to make coffee and tea, just the thing after a very long trip.

Very close to the A10 and a bit far from the A89. It's not negative, it's more related to us, we were travelling on the A89. ;)

Great location, very clean and a warm welcome good parking. On the whole dog friendly. The dinner was exceptionally good value. We would come again but we may not take breakfast.

The breakfast service let the hotel down as the staff seemed inconvenienced by the guests. We had to interrupt the staff chatting in reception to ask for things that had run out on the buffet and it was made clear that we were inconveniencing them. Sadly an otherwise excellent hotel was let down by the staff.

The staff were amazing. Friendly and helpful.

Rather disappointed at our main course at dinnerStarter very good.

Breakfast was fairly basic. Plenty of choice but mostly cold food. Even the cooked food was only luke warm.Location was quiet and relaxing and within walking distance of the town.

Air conditioning. The room was small and needed fresh air during the night but that allowed mosquitoes to get in. Still suffering from the bites. Mesh covers over the windows would have helped!!

Good location for a one night stop whilst travelling through France. Plenty of parking and easily found. LIDL supermarket close by and petrol station not far away too. Room was just right and no issues. Food was good both breakfast and evening meal. Staff spoke English and were helpful and courteous.

Room was good. very clean. pool and games behind the hotel. chargers for electric cars in the parking lot. staff was wonderful, friendly, english language was not a problem with them. dinner was great.

Disappointing

Bedrooms are too small, the meals at the restaurant were not great, meat was chewy and low quality. There is also no sound proof and we could hear everything from other bedrooms. Bathroom is a cubicle inside the bedroom.

The hotel was in the countryside, so not easily accessible to town amenities.That said, it had plenty of parking, the staff were very pleasant and professional.It is also a dog friendly hotel, which was the added bonus for ourselves.Breakfast was comprehensive.
