Staff was so nice and helpful, arranging a taxi from the neighboring town to take us to/from a party at the castle! I messed up the date and called owner, no problem, moved it that day and not extra cost.

It was clean and in a good location - 8 mins walk to Turkheim

The rooms are spacious and nice, the hotel is very cute, and the staff is very nice. Breakfast was surprisingly good.

This for us was a return visit to this great hotel after a number of years. The room was spacious with a large comfortable bed and lovely clean furniture. The evening meal we had in the hotel restaurant was exceptional. It has good walking access to Turckheim and is well located for visiting other towns and villages as well. We will visit again. The hotel is situated in a quiet residential area about 10 minutes walk from the historic town centre. It is run by 2 women who are most welcoming and helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable with separate loo and bathroom. Ask for one with a balcony. Breakfast had everything except anything hot. The pool is heated and about 7 metres long. Dinner was adequate though the ambiance was lacking. We would stay here again. There are lots of little thoughtful touches to enhance one’s stay.

Room and bathroom need a make-over. Bed very hard, but some people like that. Food was so so. Too expensive for what you get.

The room was very large and very comfortable, clean and nicely furnished. The dinner we got at the hotel was really delicious, and accompanied by nice local wines (we were given the address where to find them). The hotel is at walking distance from Turckheim, which is a particularly beautiful village. Altogether a lovely stay!

Friendly service with an exceptional meal with a good bottle of local wine in our room due to Covid restrictions. Our room was like a small apartment with a fridge and a small table with two chairs so the meal worked well.
