The room was spacious and clean. The hotel’s location is excellent, and the breakfast was outstanding.

Some rooms were under renovation, which caused significant noise. We were not informed beforehand about the construction work.

The girl at the front desk was very nice and so is the man he actually walked me to the parking lot to show me

Not too many rooms with the window view the windows are up high, but it’s perfect if you want to be in a nearby neighborhood of coffee, shops, and restaurants and very quiet

For the room, everything was good (clean, comfortable etc). The hotel is located right in the city center. The breakfast was good with enough options. Staff was helpful when needed.

The parking is in another building, underground, where is also the municipal pool located - and the air in the parking is heavy on chlorine smell (most likely from the pools systems). It was just taking a lot of time to refresh the air in car after leaving the parking, to get the smell out. The hotel has in general amenities for a 4* hotel, but the room itself not that much (more like a 3* hotel room).

The hotel was in the middle of the city on the pedestrian zone and very centrally located. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the beach. We had a suite and it was nice with a couch and a separate bedroom. Roomy bathroom, and windows down to the pedestrian zone overlooking the casino. Great breakfast buffet!!!

On the weekends it got very loud at night because the casino was right across and there were street musicians out there and everyone was out for dinner late. Fun for younger folks but I thought I mentioned it for people who are looking for a quieter location.Parking was down the road in a tight garage- not very far but might be an issue for some.

Great location. Has parking, which is great. Breakfast is wonderful and bed was super comfortable.

Price was much higher than last year

There is water, coffee and tea in the room. The kettle pot to heat the water. The coffee is powder instant but good. The beds are wonderful but the only problem is getting out of it in the morning, haha

The breakfast was the best part of our stay. Amazing spread and variety of delicious items, prepared with care and served with love.

Our room had a view looking over the roof with the skylight. It rained the two nights and the noise of rain on skylight made it impossible to get any restful sleep. The times it wasn't raining, we still couldn't open the curtain or windows as we looked right on to neighbors windows with their laundry hanging outside.

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful.

Car parking was difficult to find, especially the entrance to the car park ( on a one way street)

We had to keep windows closed to limit noise from the street. Once closed it was very quiet.

Overall price was very failr, I only paid 87 EUR for two nights. Breakfast was included in price. And breakfast was not bad.There is a gym in the hotel. Very small, but exists and can be used.My room had bathtub. It was convenient.I could check in at about 12, my room was already prepared.

Breakfast is a bit poor. On the second day I realized that assortment is not so far, so for longer stay it will be soon boring and the same.TV-set is quite small, could be bigger.

Beautiful hotel with spacious and comfortable beds, nice bathroom, clean place with some sports facilities, with a possibility of parking the car in a parking garage (not expensive), close to the city centre and the beach, offering different kinds of food in their restaurants. There’s also a casino right in front of the hotel, the staff were very nice. The breakfast rich and great variety of foods.

Breakfast is excellent. Very clean. The employees are wonderful, very very helpful and welcoming. Couldn't be better!

I did not like my room this time. It was in the other section 'next door' rather than the main building. The layout was not great. The clothes pantry is right by the bed and it's not practical to open and use. A small tv was hung from the ceiling. The lighting was lacking and insufficient. The hotel itself is not practical at all when you have a baby stroller: the elevator is tiny and one can only fit a small stroller, but hard to fit a stroller with bags, or a couple with a stroller; there are also a few steps at the entrance, so it's very tiresome to come and go with a stroller (and too much trouble to use the wheelchair lift every time).

no real negatives except parking can be a challenge.

Without a doubt, the ideal place to stay in Figueira da Foz.From reception to check-out, the staff did everything they could to accommodate our requests and make our stay enjoyable.The location is central and close to many restaurants and bars, 2 minutes walk from the promenade and the city market and next to the casino.The parking arrangement is convenient and very reasonably priced (7 euros per day)The breakfast is excellent, rich and varied and the staff is efficient and helpful.

In a double room, it is advisable to add an extra chair or armchair.
