The breakfast was only average, hot items offered were cold.

Everything was exceptional. The staff was the very best.

My reservation was a suite with sea view and the room I got wasn't so.It also included a daily use of the Spa...if a swiming pool and Turkish bath could be considered that way.

Tiago on the front desk was amazing! He recognized us everyday and was both friendly and VERY helpful. Pool was amazing and elevators were always quick. Breakfast buffet was always fresh and great assortment of food items

Loved the pool , the breakfast and the comfy bed in a very spacious room !

The shower was difficult to get in and out of . No chairs on the beautiful balcony .

Very dull and drab finishing, not much of a spa at all, Turkish bath did not work, got ocean front room with balcony but no patio furniture

The AC was not working and 3 calls down to reception later was never fixed. 12€ for 3 swim caps to be able to swim.

You need to bring flip flops and swimming caps to use the pool. Something else to pack if we had known. Might be good to include in Booking information

The location was great. I was able to walk everywhere. Super clean property and extremely welcoming staff. The restaurant was great and I even had an early “dinner” at the bar.

At times you’d have to wait a bit for the elevators but it wouldn’t deter me from staying again!

It’s massively overpriced. Quality and materials are poor, can’t understand how this could possibly have been rated as 4 stars.Breakfast was average to poor.The continuous waiting at the elevator unbearable

The hotel is a little "tired" at this point. Great location and great views. The staff members were very nice and polite. The pool is smaller than it looks on the photos, and they require you to use a swimming cap if you want to use it. This is the first time I've seen this requirement at a hotel.

Loved the pool. Especially loved the view out to the ocean.

No hot water. Bathroom in need of repairs.

Spectacular, warm poop, also loved the Turkish bath but only one person/family allowed at a time so sometimes had to wait quite a while for a turn. Staff was excellent- friendly and helpful. Bed was comfortable. Had a massage- was wonderful!

Next time I’ll call directly to make a reservation- was expecting a full ocean view, bit was only able to see it from the balcony and at an angle

Unfortunately, the lifts don't work very well.

The elevators are always busy. 2 elevators for a building of that size. They must have another solution

Duas Casas de banho

Layout of the room was not functional, windows dirty and could not enjoy the view, musty smell in room, shower door did not close, thus water everywhere. For a large hotel, more elevadors required, had to wait interminably long to ride it. Always crowded.
