Great location right near the beach with lovely ocean views.

Check-in was a nightmare

Excellent location with everything within walking distance between 5 (beach) and 20 minutes (shops/restaurants). Great view of the ocean from the 2nd-floor balcony.

I would have liked the shower water to have been slightly hotter.

Nice view and top floor lounge. Good to have a kitchen. Host was communicative.

A bit run down. Noisy room due to the windows opening next to other rooms. Low roof.

The property was clean, well presented and in a good location very close to the beach. For the great value price, you can’t ask for anything more, especially the lovely terrace with an ocean view.Special mention to Piedade who was so incredibly warm and welcoming that it felt like home, she is a credit to this establishment and would recommend this hostel just because of her excellent customer service. I will definitely be back, thank you Piedade ?

Lady was nice

No towels in shared bathroom . The reusable was dirty. Small room with small window. No air circulation

The staff were super friendly. The hostel is clean and tidy with lovely social areas. The views from the roof terrace were lovely. The outdoor area where you could eat was also really cute.

The lady at the reception was very kind when I requested the bottom bed she did her best to try to accommodate my needs.The location was really nice, a house with a backyard on top of a hill. Peaceful place in the middle of town near the beach. The mattresses where comfortable and I liked a lot the roof top and that i could use a kitchen and cook

It would be nice to have curtains in the bunk beds for more privacy. Also , if there was people in the room who stayed a few days they won't vacuum or swap the floors and people go to the beach so it was quite sandy all around. I did not like that every time a new person came in I was told I cannot lock the door of my room. I had to leave my things there and leave but the door must remind open....I did dont understand why if I have a key I could not use it.

Pia the organiser and lady there was so helpful & friendly. I loved her personality and really loved her positive upbeat spirit. For 1 or 2 nights in a dorm it was amazing for me :) Would highly recommend it thanks Pia I'll be back ??Xx

This was a cute little property, friendly owner and nice facilities and outlook. It was basic but all we needed for one night! It was in a good location to walk around the area too.

The shower pressure wasn’t great but not the end of the world!

The owner was absolutely lovely and easy to communicate. Easy access by car with parking just outside.Bedroom was clean and comfortable.Nice balcony with a view. Kitchen seemed complete but didn’t take advantage of it.

Internet speed is super slow (signal is good, so might be area related)

Very nice staff, available for check in at any time. Good common space with terrace with sea view. Quite clean spaces. Garden space and kitchen available for guests.

Bathroom on the first floor is small and the one with shower has no ventilation so becomes very humid. Room needs some wall painting as well in my opinion.

Near the Buarcos center

It was extremely hot in the room and absolutely no fresh air as the window in the ceiling is too small and the water was dropping through it; the shower and toilet are in bad condition

It's a very nice hostel with a perfect location near to sightseeing spots, the beach, supermarkets. Even surfing at the other beach is possible Since the hosts help you to get in contact with a surf school, which picks you up for the lessons. Great! The hostel ist well equiped, has nice terraces and outdoorspace. I really enjoyed the stay. The hosts are very kindhearded and help you with nice tips around figuiera. Thank you.

- The exceptional view on the multiple communal balconies and the patio! - The receptionist was amazing, such a sweet and kind woman !

- Certain guests hygiene was questionable but not really the hostel’s fault.

Lovely staff, big solo room and lots of available shared spaces.

very good hostel, very clean, full equipment in the kitchen, a little far from downtown. feel good and safe like home. nice view to the beach !

I give a middle note to the equipment because the door wasn’t working. I send a message about it, but they didn’t answer me back ! so It is a key point to be able to close the door, I wasn’t able to close the door only my boyfriend was able to do.

The woman at the receptionist welcomed me in a such warm way that I was already feeling home. Nice place in a very quiet area, very close to the beach. Nice side room and comfortable materass and big locker. Hot water in the shower.

Need a little bit more of cleaning and maintenance.
