Location and clean hotel

Aircondition was not working properly

AC was automatic on 26C no possible to change or turn off. Had to keep the window open and the place was very noisy. Hardly slept for an hour.

Good welcome and facilities in a good location. Great breakfast.

The views were stunning.the lady on check-in was very helpful.The room was basic but clean.

The bar wasn't a bar but a shelf with alcohol on.

I loved the location. Clean and nice facilities. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.

The location is great. The room has all the needed bits, it works well. There is no parking which is not ideal, but we parked somewhere close and there was no problem at all. Breakfast is ok - not a thousand options, but very good overall.

The beds though comfy sound like they have plastic on the mattress making noise with every movement. The rooms are not well insulated, so you hear everything! Anyone who is a bit sensitive to noise will struggle. You hear every foot step above you. Breakfast was also disappointing. The bacon was awful and looked like fake bacon. No ameneties in the bathroom other than a small bar of soap.

Very nice hotel well situated. We got a nice free upgrade to a higher floor with balcony without asking for one. Clean spacious room.

The only thing we noticed that could be upgraded is the shower faucets. But it was perfectly working.

The location is superb, within walking distance from most points of interest and restaurants. The room was like expected, just need some attention to small details (ex: shower not working very well).

Nothing to dislike really. The property is well maintained, clean and the breakfast is what you expect from a 3 *** hotel.

I liked everything , the place where the hotel is situated , good service , quality , the environment .

The huge sliding closet doors were off the track, unable to move them. The window opened but was unable to close it, The lighting was weird, switches and lights everywhere. Some switches did nothing,

Location was very nice and the hotel was easy to reach. Nice restaurants in the neighbourhood.

Breakfast is pretty basic but ok.

Good Breakfast, excellent location

AC didn't cool at all, probably only fan working. Sound insulation is not very good, noise from the corridor comes through also some form neighbour rooms. TV is probably only 24" computer display size

Good location, clean, comfortable, good range of price.

Short room and small TV, but all more then enough. Only one elevator allowed to take only 2 persons at a time.

The staff were so very friendly and helpful - nothing was too difficult. We loved the breakfast room and there was a good selection of food, from cold meats, cheeses and pastries to fruit, bacon and eggs. There was also a good selection of teas and coffees. I also really liked the view of the harbour mouth where we could watch ships being guided in and out of the harbour by the pilot boat!

The only downside is that the hotel is south-facing and so in winter the rooms get the sun all day long. This made the room a little warm at the end of the day and at this time of year the air con is only used for heating so it wouldn't cool the room. BUT having said that the beautiful big windows could be opened wide to let the cooler air in. Reception warned us about this at the very start of our stay and so we were not surprised by it.

great view of sea and harbour. quiet location. very good breakfast in 6th floor dining room. Excellent value for money ???

The location close to the beach and the town centre. Friendly staff. Excellent value. Wonderful view from the breakfast room.

Having to feed the parking meter in front of the hotel which has no private parking. The bathroom was a bit tired and could use a new bath and toilet seat which was a different shape to the toilet!
