My stay was overall very positive. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always welcoming with a smile, which made a real difference to the experience.The rooms are functional and minimalist, yet comfortable and very clean, creating a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere.Breakfast stood out for the excellent quality of the food — fresh, tasty, and with a good variety.

However, I did notice that some items were left uncovered, and a few insects could be seen near the buffet area. This is something that should be addressed to ensure proper hygiene.Another point for improvement is the carpet in the corridor, which shows significant signs of wear and would benefit from a deep cleaning or even urgent replacement, as it contrasts with the overall presentation of the hotel.Overall, it was a good experience, and I believe that with a few adjustments in these areas, the hotel could reach an even higher standard of quality.

The room was of a good dimension. Breakfast was surprisingly good, with fresh fruit and lactose free options. Location is good, in the middle of the old town.

The bathroom was not properly cleaned. The floor, in the corners and behind the bathroom fixtures were dirty. The bed mat was softer than it should although the pillows were great.

The location was very good, walking distance from all the main attractions.

The facilities are poorly maintained, specially the rooms.

Nice and clean room with big windows and comfortable beds in the city center. Friendly staff and no problem with parking on the nearby streets.

We had a lovely stay at B&B HOTEL Figueira Da Foz. The location is excellent — just a short walk from the beach and the city center. The price-quality ratio is very good, and everything was spotless clean. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming.Our room had everything we needed: simple but functional, very clean, and with quality amenities — we especially appreciated the Dove shampoo and hand soap. The open-space lobby and breakfast area felt cosy and well-lit, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The breakfast setup was well-organized, and I really liked the availability of free coffee, tea, and other drinks at any time. The receptionist was kind and always ready to help, which made the experience even better.

On the downside, the room (and the TV) was a bit small — if you're carrying a lot of luggage, it can get tricky to move around. Our window faced an internal patio with construction foundations right in front, which wasn’t ideal. Being an interior room, it also lacked natural light.Breakfast, while tasty, was somewhat limited in variety. That said, the fresh pastries and warm bread were a highlight! I would have loved to see more homemade and traditional items, like a slice of cake or fresh juice instead of boxed options.

Rooms are a bit small, and we could hear other guests. Water was lukewarm one day. Breakfast was overpriced at 8€.

Location was excellent but if you stay in rooms with view you are subject to the noise from the night life which goes late into the night. The staff warns you about this when booking. Really comfortable, clean rooms. Breakfast area very good and lovely breads, pastries and croissant, as long as you are not looking for a cooked breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

I liked the staff at the front. They were really good in helping with everything including the purchase of water in the middle of the night. The cleaning people also did an excellent job in our room.

We didn't like the washroom door facing the beds because there is no sewer trap under the sink and we had to endure the sewer smell for the contract duration. The door had to be closed at all times. The elevator is very small and the stairs carpeting could get an uplift.

This was a disaster staying. The worst service I found in Portugal in the last 20 years of traveling.

First: The staff is miserable. There was a women in the morning waking us up shouting.Second: They try to scam you with non-advertised extra fees. DONT PAY IT and CALL THE POLICE.

Very good Ibis choise! Great location, hotel was clean, calm and so lovely Lady in the reception. Good value for a money!Pet ok, public street parking near, cheap as well. AC worked and all in the room was ok.Close to the beach, bars, restaurants etc.

The bed was comfy, shower worked great and breakfast was tasty.

You could hear people partying on the street at night and the AC was above the 3rd person's bed, so we didn't want to turn it on during the night.

Friendly staff, super comfortable beds, very clean in the room and throughout the hotel, and dog friendly. The location couldn't be better and especially for the value.
