Sweet Atlantic Hotel & Spa

Very nice staff, room was very clean and clean and tidy on the following days. Big room, with a good bed and with a good view and nice amenities!

Only one elevator working which in conference busy hours is a constraint even with a rather small committee.Other thing I didn't like (in fact hated it) was the lights on the room. I don't know who's the idiot that put white led lights (cold color) instead of yellow (warm color). On a room I want to feel a relaxing and soothing environment not that I am on and office or a kitchen! Plus no small lamps near head rests only big lights on the ceiling! On the conference room videoprojector seem rather low resolution and low lighting for conference room. Makes reading content difficult.

we lived on the 3rd floor room that faced the roof of other building thus was not really nice. Also a bit noisy as it faces the road.SPA price could be cheaper - 20eur per 90 min for guests who already paid accommodation price - is too much.

Great room with a balcony and view of the ocean! The room had everything we needed.

Although there is a bar and a restaurant, both were closed when we went. Also, we tried to book breakfast in the room the second day, but no one picked up our breakfast order from our door handle! We wish the staff would have communicated this information to us.

The location is perfect, the room was very spacious and comfortable with 2 balconies! The beach view is stunning and the room had several windows besides the balcony.We traveled with the kids and the double bed was in a different room, really good.I loved the complimentary products (Portuguese brand Benamor)

The shower was a bit clogged and found 1 hair in the shower. The towels could smell better.We could remove the keys to the balcony door, where the kids were sleeping, so we were a bit worried.

The spa, the staff, the bedroom itself was very cozy and big.

Location was great. Breakfast excelente.

The carpets in the corridos and entrance to the rooms need to be replace with wood.

I like the view, and rooms are vast. Staff was very helpful and friendly. The cleaning service exceptional.

If room have a cooking hob it would be perfect

God location. Reception anc restaurant staff were amazing (my phone got wet on a cycle and they could not have been more helpful. The wonderful people in the restaurant gave me a bag of rice to dry it out.) great steak too ! And room had a bath, microwave and sink. Home from home.

Location and the room was nice.

Bed mattress was bad, breakfast for a 4-star hotel was disappointing, SPA should be called indoor swimming pool instead, water was cold and the “SPA” service was really bad. My wife is pregnant and she was not offered a different rate for the SPA as she can’t do the water circuit. Also, asking 8 EUR per night for parking in a 4-star hotel is just ridiculous, especially when the hotel was empty……..

All very nice. Nice to have a balcony to sit out on at night overlooking the ocean and lighthouse in the distance. Really liked the little kitchen area. Rare to get a hotel with a kettle in so a big bonus for that!

The room did smell of cigarettes. This may have been my fault as it could have been a requirement or not when booking. I dont remember seeing any options though.

The swimming pool is from an spa and external company and it is too small.The bathroom had only a shower in a bathtub. Not so comfortable.

The adults only SPA (swimming pool) is rather disapointing for families travelling with kids
