For bookings of over EUR 30.000, different policies and additional supplements may apply and the hotel will contact you to arrange a deposit. In case your reservation requires prepayment or deposit, the Hotel will send you a secure link that you are requested to use to process the payment. The credit card used for the booking will be pre-authorized before arrival and must be shown at check in along with photo ID. If the reservation credit card owner does not correspond to the guest staying at the property, the card is pre-authorized before arrival but payment will be requested in full to the guest at the hotel. Please contact the hotel upon reservation in case you wish to arrange a third party payment. Payments by third party are not accepted if requested less than 24 hours before arrivalPlease inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
