Really nice location in front of the bus station and with incredible views from our window to the mountains.

Poor buffet in the restaurant and not good alcohol for All Inclusive.. We couldn’t get drunk.

No phone in room.s, very poor Internet,Noise in the late evenings ,boys football teams knocking our door up to 1am in morning 2 nights in a row,when complained we were told hotel was having trouble with phones, told when lots of people there internetgoes down and often goes off (not good enough when you pay for this service) and said what can they do when boys 12 _13 years of age act irresponsible Had to have person in charge from bar to stop them

We arrived to loud thumping music but nobody in the bar area but two staff, who seemed to be having a party.Having to share all facilities with 30-40 Down Syndrome people banging and screaming day and night, was not what we expected. Had we been warned ,we would not have booked this hotel.

Location was perfect, next to the bus station so perfect for our transfer as no coaches can go through the town itself , only a short walk through the lovley centre to the beach , the rooms are clean and comfortable, there is a nice pool and loungers , we used it as a base to see Tossa and it was ideal, breakfast was good , a good selection and plenty of seating, I cannot fault this hotel for the price we paid aswell it was worth every penny , would definitely stay here again

There was nothing, do not listen to any negative reviews this hotel is a little gem , the decor may be darted, but it is spotless , comfortable, and as everything you need

The property has a great location, as it is very close to the bus station and a market, and at the same time close to the city center and beach. The rooms are nice, even though they’re a little bit old, the beds are very comfortable, the balcony is very spacious! We liked the breakfast, with an ok array of options, maybe we’d like just a little bit more variety, but the breakfast space is very cozy! We also liked the pool and the pool area, they are nice places to cool off.

The TVs are very small, you can barely see it. The wifi was not working during my stay there. I didn’t like the fact that the shower in the bathroom didn’t have any type of box/protection, so the bathroom’s floor was always wet.

I liked it above all for the attention and kindness of all the staff. The room is a little dated but with large balconies. The buffet breakfast is very varied. And the pool is very good. In short, in general I liked it and I wouldn't mind going back.!!

Hotel is quite old and everything needs renovations; room, dining room etc...Wifi was an absolute disaster, very slow, unstable, breaking off and often not available at all.

The breakfast was superb, anything and everything. Staff were super friendly, and the bar prices were very good.

Location to the old town and beach

No parking at the hotel, €10 a day to park in designated areas, free until June to park on the road but very hard to find a space

It was only a few minutes walk into the main resort. I can't complain as I got a 3 nights stay all inclusive for €123.The food was basic. But then I happy with an egg and toast for breakfast.And a bit of salad at lunch.... And a few chips n salad and a bit of meat in the evening.All inclusive can be to much food at times. So the less of it there is... Is good... The drinks were fine. Stayed on Trinidad black rum and coke for the few days...Massive supermarket straight across the road as well which was a bonus

The cleaners was cleaning every day. But somehow they didn't didn't clean the carpets on the stairs down to the restaurant.Lots of dirt on it day after day.... Otherwise it was fine

No parasols to lie under during incredibly hot days, but I understand this was due to it being only April. Wifi a little slow from time to time.

The location was good, just in front of the bus station. The room was clean.

The breakfast was abundant but did not have many vegetarian options. There was no place to leave the luggage after checkout.

Great location, great pool and outside area, the staff were very nice, the room air conditioning worked very well, it also had a balcony, table and chairs.

There was no no-site parking, we used an underground facility which cost around £16 per day. I did not check on the booking, the balcony door did not lock which was one the first floor and looked easy to climb into. Our shower drain overflowed when in use.

Very nice pool, location and staff. It was always very clean the rooms are a bit dated but where cleaned thoroughly everyday by the lovely maids, the location was excellent right next to the bus station and only a small walk away from the beach and main street’s. The pool area is also great very open and big meaning it got sun all day everyday and it’s a nice big clean pool! The staff were very helpful and printed off things we needed for the airport and our transfer and gave us lots of information. Thanks for a great stay

The dining room is in the basement which made it very dark and gloomy, it would be nice if the windows and curtains could be opened while people were in there eating. The price of the drinks at dinner time were also very expensive however you had to buy them as you couldn’t bring your own drinks in which meant you had to eat without a drink. You also couldn’t take any food or drink to the pool area which wasn’t brought from the hotel.

We liked mainly the location and the team of the hotel (very friendly).

There was no fridge in the roon.

Pool area was nice

Room was small and bathroom even smaller. Rated as a 3 star hotel but would say aside from the pool, it’s really only a 2 star. No amenities - just beds and a tiny bathroom
