Very relaxing areas, staff very efficient and helpful especially at reception.Breakfast very good

As a 79 year old I didn't expect to have a shower in the bath, no bath mat and a shower curtain which is not very hygenic.

The hotel had a beautiful and peaceful garden with a cozy pool area that felt very private. The location was absolutely perfect—just a short walk to both the beach and the old town. Breakfast was amazing, with fresh and varied options every morning. The staff were truly one of the highlights: friendly, welcoming, and always helpful. The warm atmosphere in the evenings, especially with the live band performances, made the stay even more memorable. Even before booking, the team was responsive and helpful when I reached out with questions about the view and other details.

The beds could have been more comfortable. It might also be helpful to add something in the bathrooms to manage the smell a bit better. That said, these were very minor things and didn’t affect how much we enjoyed our stay overall.

A beautiful, clean hotel with an excellent location just 7 minutes from the sea and the old town. Delicious breakfasts and dinners. Friendly staff. The rooms were always cleaned.

Hotel, spa, buffet

I liked the Spa facilities. Really nice that were always just 2-3 other people. Not to crowded and you can actually relax.The massage that I booked was excellent and I highly recommend booking one during your stay.

In my opinion the rooms aren't that soundproof. I could hear my neighbors TV loudly and people walking outside in the corridors.Also personally in my room I wished there would have been 2 different light switches. One for the lamp beside the bed and one for the one near the door.

It was amazing value for money - not fancy but comfortable, lovely staff and decent food with a lot to choose from. The spa was really nice and seemed newer than the rest of the hotel - it’s 12 euro for 45 mins which means it’s lovely and quiet.

Late dinner time was tricky with a baby.

The hotel is just a five minute walk from the beach and the bus station - it's in an excellent location. The staff are very professional, very helpful and a pleasure to deal with. The room I was in was spacious, the bathroom as well.

On every level of the hotel there's background music being played. It starts around 09:20 in the morning and goes into the evening until about 20:00 or 21:00. It makes you feel like you're in a shopping centre. It's very distracting and intrusive especially in the quiet times of the afternoon when you want to relax. There were also few ants in my room and although I tried to keep the terrace door closed most of the time, I am not sure where they came from.

The breakfast was very varied and abundant. The check in/out was very smooth.

The quality of the products for breakfast was low. The hotel needs some renovation. The toilet was not in good shape.

Rooms were clean and had the necessary facilities. Beds very comfortable. Pool area lovely. Breakfast was delicious and there was a good variety of hot and continental foods. All staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is perfectly located right on the edge of beautiful streets, restaurants, shops and bars, but is isolated from any noise. 10 minute walk to the beach. It's a relaxing quiet hotel with a decent pool. Live entertainment on 2 nights. All rooms are well located most with pool view. Very clean hotel. No charge for fridges in room as some reviews stated. Cheap prices for drinks and food at the hotel. Would definitely stay again.

The hotel was brilliant. The resort lacks bars with music if you like it a little lively, but a beautiful place with traditional Spanish streets and restaurants.

This is a gem of a hotel, so clean staff are amazing breakfast delicious. Can not fault any part of it. We have already booked for next year.

It is a lovely hotel in a very convenient location. The breakfast is nice, the rooms are clean and spacious. I especially loved the spa, where I had several massages. The massage therapist Genesis was very sweet and thoughtful and I really enjoyed the treatments.

Good location in the city

The room was out of date and very small. The worst thing that the room was placed right near the elevator and stairs and it was very noisy (you could hear every person who pass). I guess the receptionist should warn about such kind of rooms before making check-in (because this room can not cost more than 100 euros per night)
