GHT Oasis Tossa & Spa

The pool was very nice.

Staff not so friendly, especially the lady at the reception at check in.We requested a queen or king size bad during the booking, but she only gave a double room without asking our agreement.The breakfast food was not pleasing for us, we are eating healthy foods for oir diet.

The hotel has a great pool, very clean. The rooms have a lot of light, with fully functioning air-conditioning. The bed was very confortable. The location is also quite good - 10 min walking to a very nice beach.

Some of th amenities (safe, beach towels) are provided only if you leave a guarantee in cash. Breakfast was ok - the coffee machines need replacing with ones delivering REAL coffee!

Disappointing

Booked because it’s a spa hotel. Had to pay extra for the spa and make reservations. No available slot for our preferences time. Hotel room had 3 beds and barely space left. We only needed 1 bed

Great location

Sound proofing in room was non existent Bring earplugs if you don't want to hear your neighbours enjoying their night!

Comfortable, clean room and decent size. Breakfast was as much as you can eat. I only really used this hotel for sleeping so can't say much more but the facilities seemed popular with other guests.

Sound insulation between rooms could be better. It would have been good to have a kettle and cups in the room.

Fab family hotel. Excellent food on all services. They went above and beyond for halloween.

Personal choice I know but we found the beds very uncomfortable. Dinner was a little late for us and always a loooooooong queue to get in dining room. Feel if they opened at 1900 it would eliminate the problem a little bit. We felt the families with young children were trying to get them fed so they could put them to bed. So maybe open at 1900 for young families.

I recommend! location close to the city center and the beach. very good hotel staff. and the spa area was very nice and

The hotel was very well presented the staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were very clean, food was excellent pool and bar excellent. Well, be staying there again. .

bed was two singles pushed together instead of a real double and was a bit hard

Friendly staff, good choice of fresh food at breakfast and dinner, 5 - 10 minute walk to town. Very good value for money. If you're looking for a reasonably priced 4 star hotel, this hotel should be on your shortlist.

As some others have said, the rooms are a big dated.

- perfect location- really tasty food and good variety of food. It was different menu every day we were there. Lots of seafood, lots of fruit. I am a picky eater but I always had what to eat - it’s clean everywhere - good bathroom - comfortable beds- nice stuff (expect of reception)

- receptionists are rude and insincere, esp. women. They don’t want to help you. When I asked about the excursion, she simply gave me the book with lots of ads and said that I could check it by myself. - old furniture, rooms need renovation - they don’t give bottles of water (only on the day of arrival)-you can here noise from the other rooms or from the street- the door in the bathroom closes itself, you can’t settle it that’s why it’s always wet there

130 television channels not 1 in english despite a lot of British and Irish guests.dinner served from 8pm could be a little earlier no coach trips from hotel.Rooms at front noisy from coaches and mini train

Hotel in nice plaats (10min to the sea), the room is smal but for family enough .In hotel goed kitchen the food is delicious, very friendly restaurant staff.Nice swimming pool .

Bed smell in the halls before rooms.The hotel needs renovation, especially the corridor on the 3rd floor

All meals were exceptional I was so sorry I didn't book through hotel for to get free passes for spa.I didn't realise I could do that .I didn't read through it properly.I will do it next time
