Beautiful location, fantastic view and steps from the beach.

The room wasn’t very clean. Breakfast buffet was very light and mediocre. I would have chosen just the room with no food in the future.

We loved the hotel: very well designed, clean, very friendly and helpful stuff, good breakfast.Will be happy to return

This hotel is perhaps the best hotel on the beach . Rooms are very good. Breakfast was great with many choices: very good coffee and pastries and meats and egg choices.

Parking on street is nearly impossible but parking in the garage does work unless it is full which it was not. Parking was fairly priced (at least in October). Dinner was convenient but not inspired.

Excellent location, right next to the beach. Quite, but at the same time, close to everything. Great facilities with the restaurant, bar, pool, private parking. Delicious breakfast on the terrace with the view. I wish we can stay longer , definitely will be back!

The hotel team were amazing,..the concierge, front desk and the manager. The room had a great view over the beach, the breakfast menu was comprehensive and having the car parked for us a real bonus.It's located just a 5-minute walk to all the restaurants and attractions of Tossa de Mar. The on site facilities and different sitting seating areas both inside and outside make for great variety. We loved it.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet part of Tossa de Mar. It is within 10 mins walk to the town and 15 minutes to the castle. Beautiful room overlooking the Sea, with easy access to a quiet beach only a 1 minute walk down the steps. A perfect spot for relaxing and enjoying Tossa.

I wish the breakfast featured more local items and less of a tourist breakfast. Also, would be great if the coffee at the bar was at the breakfast instead as the machine coffee was not very good. The rooms could also use a pillow upgrade, as they were super flat.

Room was touted with Sea view. Actually looked across pool deck with sea view behind. First thing in when was a fat hairy English man walking around in cotton striped boxers. Staff was willing to change room after asking and commenting about said guest. New room had sea view, but had to step out on balcony to see. Odor of cigarette smoke. So in the end no sea view.

Amazing location!! Breathtaking views! I love this town & everything can easily be accessed from the hotel. The breakfast is delicious! Nice to have shot tub, though very tiny.

No towels provided for the pool or beach, which is weird for a resort of this caliber & discourages guests from other countries. Also, we paid extra for a balcony sea view room & had to listen to the horrible singing from the neighbor hotel both Friday & Saturday nights, instead of the waves—surprising for the isolated location. Finally, the spa was not well advertised, hard to find & so we didn’t use any of the facilities, though I had wanted to.

Location is excellent on the neach. Pool and bar and brecky area are great views. Very nice hotel I would stay at again.

Have to use your own towel for the pool or buy a towel from the hotel for $10 Euro which is ridiculous.

Room cleaning services. We were there for 8 nights and the room was cleaned 3 times. Had to go to the cart in the corridor for clean towels and toilet paper

Absolutely gorgeous location, and great place to stay! I particularly liked that the hotel seemed very well designed in terms of layout, maximising the gorgeous view onto the cove and well-maintained.

Our balcony looked onto the car park and air conditioning machines, which was very noisy with the window open - but absolutely did not matter as we a) had the door and blinds shut as it was so hot and b) were at the beach most of the time! We also couldn't find the gym - the signage wasn't very clear...

The pillows were uncomfortable, that the cleaning service comes when we are having breakfast, the breakfast was not good, the coffee was not good, there was only one coffee machine per floor, the orange juice was not natural. My son's bed was uncomfortable, and he hit his head every time he got up

The location to everything. It was not direct in town but it was perfect. Several places in walking distance. Food available at the hotel.

I was not excited about pre-fix menu as I do not eat a lot or dessert. Wish more was offered to eat at night even if it was served in the bar area.

The hotel does not have pool/beach towels. Rather they sell you cheap towels for a ridiculous amount. They should inform of this prior to booking. Breakfast is simple.

We ended up choosing the villa. It was beautiful, spacious and perfect for our family of 4. The view was amazing, staff was wonderful, and you can't beat the location! We were a little worried that it might be too far from the actual hotel, but it was just a few steps away. I would definitely stay here again.

Great customer service was highlight of this hotel. Location is good and adjacent to a beach. Near many restaurants and short walk to shopping area.

The Villa could have had more "creature comfort" facilities like kitchen towel, dish drying tray etc... and noone offered to clear trash etc... Didn't know before that a shuttle was available from bus station to get to the hotel... hotel could better promote this to make it more comfortable for customer to get to hotel although only 15 min walk it was a bit inconvenient carrying luggage.Villa a bit costly for what you get with no private pool and no good view.

Loved how close we were to the beach and restaurant with stunning views! Everything seemed so close!

There should be towels available for the pool and to take to the beach! I think a guest should be able to check them out for the beach!

This was an adequate hotel, fine but nothing special. A little outdated but not offensive in any way.

Only decaffeinated instant coffee in room.Had to go to bar to get coffee in the morning. Staff not readily available and for some weird reason, unable to charge coffee to room.Not very convenient or thoughtful.

This property is walking distance to Platja Mar Menuda and the old town of Tossa de Mar as well as Muralles de Tossa de Mar. The area is not that large so many restaurants, other beach coves nearby. The rooms are comfortable and kind staff clean the rooms daily. We had the breakfast daily and consisted of a selection of cured meats, eggs, breads, fruit, yogurt, fruit, coffee and juice. The restaurant staff are also very friendly, especially the gentleman who led us to our table each morning the week we were there (didn’t get his name but he wears dark rimmed glasses). He let us know there would be fireworks in the town on the particular day we were there, which was a delightful surprise. We didn’t use much of the pool and spa, just explored the coves, and home base to explore the Costa Brava for the week.

Be aware that the hotel does not have beach towel service so you will need to bring your own or walk to the super market nearby, where you can buy towels, umbrellas or anything else you may need for your beach day. Parking is 21 Euros. The lady checking us in said the attendant is supposed to bring our car when needed, however, the man working that week showed my husband where to park his car and then never made eye contact with us or say hello the rest of the week. I would like to give him the benefit of the doubt but I did see him assist others.
