The hotel doesn't have air conditioning. It was very hot at night ?

Obviously you get what you pay for and the facilities were very basic but we were expecting this so cannot complain

the only thing i liked was the location

Super hot room, super small shower cubicle, had to shower using the outside of the bathroom, getting everything wet because it was not possible to shower in the cubicle. Bad shower, it dripped in one place and not in another. Hotel smells bad, all areas are hot.

Great location, very close to anything you might need. Very nice staff, rooms are basic but thats what you get for that price i guess. The room is cleaned and towels are changed every day. I have no complaints whatsowever

Soap and hairs from old guests, as well as cockroaches (kakkerlakken) in the bathroom.

Perfect for a few nights in tossa de mar, very good value for money, lovely little balcony and comfy clean room. Great staff too

For what we paid I cannot fault anything - that would be knitpicking

Nice clean place to stay very comfortable handy location for the shops etc. Near to the bars cafes etc five minutes to the beach decent staff multilingual.

It's an old building and you can hear noises without ear plugs.

*Very noisy, the walls are very thin, so you can hear everything from the next rooms.*Very old.

Expected an internal room with no view but got a room with a balcony. Bathroom was a bit tight but manageable. Shower pressure could have been better but it did the job

We knew air con wasn't available but it's something the hotel might want to think about installing, I'd pay a bit extra for the comfort.

Very friendly reception, we were able to sattle even earlier than check-in time.Location I as amazing :)

1) Very poor shower:water was hardly coming of it, just drops.2)The cleaning personal forgot to leave shampoo/shower gel starting from the 2nd day om my stay. As a solution had to buy my own.3)Very uncomfortable bed, experoenced pain in all my body after sleeping on it.

There was only one socket in each room. And we asked for extenders. Our group of friends got a regular one with many sockets, we got a small one, which only gave us one socket extra practically. The weather during our stay was very hot and humid and albeit we tried to use the fan, it didn’t really help. Leaving the balcony door open for the fan to circulate fresh air also didn’t help as we would be awakened by the trash collection vehicles at ~4am. I would suggest ventilators with ionisation and a dehumidifier since A/C may be expensive to purchase and install in each room. With such weather conditions, I think a small fridge would also be a very necessary addition.The hotel didn’t say of course that such things were available, the ad on booking was very honest and transparent, but just some suggestions from our side since summers are going to be worse and worse in temperatures going forward. :)To sum it up, must additions:- ionisation ventilation and dehumidifier- small fridge- additional sockets
