Hotel Victoria

The view was amazing! Open the window and it's like you're on the beach already. Lovely staff on restaurant below and checkin.

The room was very small. Shower was tiny! The bed was uncomfortable.

The staff was friendly. Excellent location. Beautiful views from our room.

Fantastic location, just steps from the beach and right in the heart of town. The room had excellent air conditioning, great water pressure, and a beautiful view of both the ocean and the castle. Perfect spot for enjoying everything the area has to offer.

The room itself was very small with little space for luggage, and there was often a lingering smell of seafood when leaving the room as its above a restaurant. No elevator so you'll have to lug your things up a few flights. No one offered to help. Staff were professional but came across as indifferent and mostly unpleasant. Overall, the location and amenities made for a convenient stay, but the experience could have been warmer and more comfortable.

Room was nice. We have stayed here previously and loved the hotel that we stayed again. Beach is across the street, staf is very helpful and friendly. We will return again.

Clean and comfortable. A beautiful view from the property and great access to the beach -literally across the street! Enjoyed the morning breakfast. Staff were welcoming and helpful with our luggage.

Excellent location, right by the beach and near the Tossa de Mar castle.The room was clean and the conditions were perfectly fine for the price we paid. A great choice for a relaxed seaside getaway!

Beachfront. We had the third floor with a huge balcony overlooking the beach and enjoyed the sunrise. Nice morning breakfast on the terrace out front. No parking but found a public lot nearby.

Small room

The hotel itself was great, however, the staff were not very friendly. We didn’t see one smile from any of them which is disappointing when you are on an exciting holiday all the way from Canada

The proximity to the castle and beach

The room was not comfy and cleaned. The hotel's rooftop, as shown in the pictures, was not opened for guests.

My Dior eyeliner was appear I am asking cleaning ladies because I understand that I left it in bathroom near mirror and when I return it’s appear, i am and my boyfriend looked everywhere even put up bed, it’s wasn’t nowhere, and after I left place and have a flight they sent to me message that they find and can return it too me, I start asking where it was and they start answering to me in a rude way, I asked to send it to me, but they said quote: “ you want it you have to send someone or a transport company to come pick it up, we are not in charge of sending packages, you have to send someone to come pick it up”. I am in Ireland I can’t send someone to pick it up..

The hotel is in a perfect location, with a flexible and nice staff to have and care for us. We had breakfast included what was great and good quality. The room was clean and well equipped for our stay there. All in all absolutely recommended. :)

This was a great stay! The breakfast was fantastic and the staff was very on top of it. Also, the location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic and I couldn’t have asked for a better location. It was easy and to be able to wake up to a wonderful breakfast every morning was amazing. They also gave us new towels in our room everyday! Great staff.

The only thing that I had a small issue with, was the sewage smell on the first night. Our bathroom had a sewage smell so we kept our window opened which definitely helped. However, after the first night the smell went away and it was totally fine the rest of the trip!
