Friendly staff, complimentary bikes, bottled water available all day. Breakfasts were amazing! Staff very attentive. Hotel very clean.

Limited open bar options but really not a problem.

The Hotel Continental was a delight from the moment we checked in to the time of check out. This is a family owned and operated hotel and they actually make you feel like family. They are extremely helpful in meeting all of your needs. The restaurant breakfast was varied, fresh and the staff aimed to please. Drinks provided all day was very enjoyable. The location is ideal with a private beach and beach chairs directly across the street from the hotel on the beach. The view from our room was amazing. Bikes were provided free of charge so that the bike trail along the beach could be enjoyed. I can't say enough good things about this hotel and how much we enjoyed our stay. We will definitely return.

Location was perfect as our jump off spot looking for family. Had so many amenities we could not use because of our plans. Drinks from 10am-10pm. Oh. There FREE !! Breakfast was fabulous.

Nothing not to love.

We loved staying here. The staff were welcoming and very attentive at meals in the restaurant. Breakfast was included and one of the best we had our whole trip. The room was smaller but clean and modern feel. We loved our balcony view of the ocean! Off season just started so it was peaceful and quiet. Loved that lounge chairs, umbrellas and light towel provided on the beach, by hotel. AND all drinks were free between certain hours of the day inc alcohol! Would definitely stay again.

Because off season less restaurants were open on the beach but hotel had its own so that helped…and not really the fault of the hotel that restaurants were seasonal

It's in an excellent location. Perfect food. Proximity to the beach. The beach is sandy and not crowded. There is plenty of space on the beach between the sun umbrellas. Nice staff. It's all-inclusive.

There is nothing that I did not like, and I am very happy with the experience. However, it would be more convenient if the desserts were listed on the daily menu.

Excellent location, spotlessly clean hotel, friendly staff. There is parking at the hotel, but it is limited. We were off season, so we were not able to enjoy the beach due to rainy weather, but it looked clean, plenty of space and nice beach overall. We loved our room with seaview, and large balcony, highly recommend to book a seaview room.

Room for improvement restaurant and meal wise. We took half board, but meals are average, depends taste of course, but we expected more. Restaurant has white light, which doesn't make it very appealing and makes it look more like a big cafetaria.Breakfast was ok, but lacked organisation. At 9 there was only 1 poor waiter to serve coffee in 2 places (coffee comes from the bar and is good), so this took ages. Later on more waiters popped up.

This hotel was so lovely! Located across from the boardwalk and beach, the location was perfect! The staff were so accommodating and friendly. We had drinks before dinner at the little lobby bar and ate dinner at the hotel which was delicious. Breakfast had so many options to choose from and was also delicious. Bikes were available for us to use! Such a wonderful, clean hotel. We would definitely stay here again!

The staff were always extremely friendly, polite and helpful making us feel welcome. Most of the staff speak English. * Check-in: Quick check-in, despite arriving early. * Beach: Clean, well-maintained, with all necessary amenities (showers, toilets, sun loungers). The sea entrance is shallow. The option to order drinks directly to the beach. * Cleaning: Daily room cleaning. * Free bicycles.

* The food was monotonous (pasta, pasta, pasta) and the selection was limited, especially for breakfast. * Small room size. Uncomfortable bed placement and air conditioning unit location. Lack of basic amenities like glasses and plates. * The lack of entertainment options, especially for children, made our stay quite boring.* Additional charges for many drinks, despite the "all-inclusive" package.* The noise from the nearby nightclub made it difficult to sleep at night.

The hotel is always a great choice. the rooms are super clean, the food is excellent and the service as well. i have been going there for a few years already and will go back again

Very nice hotel by the seaside. Very friendly staff. We took half-board, the food was very good and ample, wine is served together and there are also free drinks/cocktails before 22:00, which was a nice surprise. Our room had a very nice of the sea and the beach as well. The breakfast was very good too.

Soundproofing. We heard the neighbor snoring whole night and I am sure others must of heard mine too?

Excellent location. The building was just the right size. Just perfect. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay in Tortoreto. The staff was fantastic. Claudia at the front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Luana was super nice and helpful. The breakfast was amazing. It must be the best on the strip.

The only thing missing on the property was a pool but I’d rather be on the sea rather than a pool. I would definitely stay there again.

This is exactly what you would want for an Italian beach vacation. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent and the waiters were very attentive. The front desk staff was very friendly. They have beach service that brings you drinks for free twice per day. The beach itself is lovely. The hotel is right across from the beach and in a central location. If there is no room in the small parking area they will give you a parking voucher for the blue spots. They have bikes you can use for the bike path.

RoomWe had a room for four people, very spacious and nice. We really liked the fresh renovation of our room. It was cleaned every day with high quality. In addition, all blankets, pillows and towels were new. Large balcony with a gorgeous view of the sea. The air conditioning worked perfectly, when the doors to the balcony were opened, it did not turn off. Good location of the air conditioner, it didn't blow directly on the bed. StaffVisitors are taken care of before they arrive - they sent us a letter with all the necessary information a day in advance. The staff is very friendly. They always tried to resolve any issues as soon as possible. We could feel how everything was done with love and how attentive they were to each guest made us feel at home. BeachA big thank you to the staff in control of the beach! The beach is very clean, cleaned regularly. The beach was kept in order in every possible aspect. There are two variations of showers (cold/warm) and comfortable changing cabins. The sunbeds are spaced far apart from each other. On the beach - fine clean sand. The entrance to the sea is very gentle, also sand, very narrow strip of small pebbles and shells (1 meter max). We were in the middle of July - the water in the sea is very warm (about 30 degrees). The recent option to order drinks to your own sun lounger was very welcome. We would also like to thank Davide separately for the fact that the drinks were always delivered quickly and we always received them cool. RestaurantWe had the all-inclusive. The food was amazing and varied. Even the pickiest of eaters would wish they had the extra stomach to try all the dishes on the menu. Seafood and quality wine were present every day for both lunch and dinner. We loved Italian food and after staying at this hotel we fell in love with it completely. The waiters were very friendly and smiling as well as patient. Special thanks to Ferdinando, the waiter who served us!

Not far from the hotel there is a disco. Sometimes the music at the disco played very loudly late into the night (until about 1-1.30 am). It made it hard to sleep. At times we had to wait a long time for the elevator, it is a bit slow. However, this was not a significant problem - the stairwell looked great and was always perfectly clean. Room: The safe was a little small. Laptop did not fit in there.

Very nice and friendly staff. All of them are amazing, but especially the waiter Alvin in the restaurant. Excellent meal. Fish and seafood were on the menu every day. Chilled bottled water available 24/7. A great beach bar solution - you make order online in the beach, it will be delivered directly to the deckchair from the bar.

The stay was absolutely perfect. Beautiful clean hotel, smiling staff from reception to housekeeping. The cook is a magician. Perfect food, local cuisine.
