- There was no parking for the hotel, we parked in the street.
- The reception staff was rude and very unaccommodating and unhospitable. I booked a double accommodation room and was told that I paid for a single room. I provided proof with a screenshot of my reservation and reception staff continued to argue and request additional supplement. I have stayed at this chain before in other locations and never had an issue. The location was a bit far from Tortoreto Lido and not within a reasonable walking distance. Definitely accessible by car. The hotel has potential but the staff needs some training on hospitality.
