The staff are hard working people with a lot manners i like most Zoi the restaurant and the girl at the pizza bar outside she was so sweet and polite and hard working person. These two people deserves to raise the salary

Every day same food is boring and all inclusive drinks are served to 21.00. There is not safety at all in the rooms. We had reservation at junior suit with private pool.The floor was slipery and my partner fall down lucky he didn't hurt himself. I had ny baby with me which was not to safe to let him walk on the slipery floor

-Staff was all friendly and helpfully.-Chef too was friendly and professional (helped me with blended food for my baby)-Food was very good.-Swim-Up room was great and the right choice to have privacy and relax with family.

-Beach Bar maybe need to be included in all inclusive or to have cheap prices, i think is to much 3.5 euro one espresso.

We had an amazing time. All staff was super friendly, the sea was at a walking distance and was very warm, the food was good with a wide variety, with lots of snacks and unlimited ice cream! Also option for pool, beach bar, and various activities to do such as live music at night. Nice room with Very comfortable and big bed. Very good value for money!

The only negative was that there was only one lift for the whole hotel which was a problem when we had the buggy and we had to wait for several minutes until it was free. Also, it's not accessible for people on wheelchairs as there is a small step just before the disabled ramp.

In the online web, Pizza time in the pool was until 18, but in fact their distribution ended at 14:30

Our room was very clean, the swim up pool was beautiful, the live music at night was lovely, but the main reason we will be back is because of the amazing staff, especially at the Beach Bar.

Food options were not good. The buffet was poor so we paid for food every day which is unfortunate since we paid for an all inclusive stay.

The staff were excellent and as soon as we told all the things we didn't like and didn't meet our expectations they were fast to react. They are getting the score I'm giving this hotel up.

The hygiene was not on the level it is expected from a 4* resort for example one of our rooms had bird droppings on every cm of the terrace and the covers were dirty, I was woken up by a bug crawling on me and had to fight insects in 6am after driving the whole day there (pictures are from the events). The food was worse than bad and would say that it was not even worth half the money they charge. The hygiene of the restaurant was very low (people were stepping on food droppings around the buffet). The problem with hotels having catfish pictures on booking is that they ruin your holiday when you expect near perfect stay for the price, that's why you book a 250€ a night hotel. We booked out after less than 24h there and we are not going back. Too bad looking at how good the staff was.

Maybe there should be more products from the seaFor those who do not consume pork, there was little choice of other meat,but this small criticism should not overshadow the variety of other foods you can choose from.

Clean resort, rooms are clean and good size, friendly staff, the beach needs more attention, the adults pool is with salt water not on my taste, food is average same every day with small changes, the surroundings are not very attractive and not much to do in the area, not all the bars in the resort are included in the all inclusive package such as the beach bar, the lobby bar and the terrace bar moust important ones in my opinion. Good value for money, a 7.5 from my side.

The facilities are great, everything is rather new (except for the AC in the room). The pool area is really nice. There is a beautiful, well-maintained walking space all around the hotel. The food is really good, diverse and very tasty. Fruit, juices, and ice cream are always available around the pool. Parking in front of the hotel is good too. The beach and water are also nice, even though there is some wind and waves. The Sea-view room was really nice.

Sunbeds around the pool are still reserved with towels very early even though the hotel has a written request not to do so - this rule has to be enforced in some way. You have to stack water in the evening (in glasses or your own bottles) as after 11 pm you can not get any water, anywhere. Coffee quality can be improved. Otherwise, you can get good coffee in the bar, which is not included in the AI. The bathroom door is only glass, so you can basically hear everything. The bed in the room is really uncomfortable.

The garden is beautiful and well maintained. The staff is friendly.

Drinks and food are items where money is visibly saved. Every drink that is included in all inclusive is an imitation of a drink, not an original. The wind blows very hard every day, which makes bathing difficult if you are with a baby.

The location is on the beach and also with access to the pool. The food was varied and very good.

There are things I think could be improved, like the cleaning schedule, but I can't say I didn't like it

The space, sea, structure of hotel

Food and beverage can have more quality and various, i dont have seen in any resort pieces of banana, feta cheese was missing, the quality of drinks was poor, as a family resot it shoud have at least some soups for children. At least once a week can be grilled fish. Another problem was mosquitos, please disinfect environment from insects.

It’s near the beach and the pools are clean.The staff is really helpful.You can find a variety of food and it’s delicious.It’s good for a family with kids.

The wi-fi doesn’t work. It’s terrible.Also for an all inclusive hotel it’s strange that you don’t have water (that is basic) in the room but you have to buy it.The beverage are very cheap.

Nothing special

It is not 4 star, maybe 3. All inclusive is more full board because it does not include most of the caffees or restaurants that are in this resort. The food is mainly the same every day and without information tags (about what is served). Air conditioning is not working in the hallways. Limited amount of food and drinks in all inclusive package. Internet and network mostly doesnt work. Not enough sunbeds for all guests. Pictures of rooms are not realistic.

It was a pleasant stay, we got a room upgrade with the a beautiful see view. The room was big, there was a kettle, complementary coffee, tea, water. The pool was clean and there was a bar with local drinks and snacks working in 10:00-18:30. The staff were nice and helpful. There were multiple food choices each meal so everyone could find their preferred food. I would recommend the cakes as they were delicious. The breakfast is 07:30-10:00, lunch 12:30-14:30, dinner 19:00-21:30 and during meals local drinks are served. There is a big beach with sun-beds which were free of charge and a bar next to the beach (it was not working when we were there as we were out of season - mid October). The water was clean and surprisingly warm. Also there is an option for different activities each day, they have Apollo program. We really liked our stay we even recommended it to a friends that stayed there after our trip and they liked it too.

There were big rocks inside the sea at some parts.
