Great sea view. but it will depend on the floor. Spacious room. Kitchen available if needed. Deep and large pool. not crowded at all. Sunbeds are available not only near the pool, but also at the sea - couple of minutes walking distance.friendly staff and delicious breakfast. You can enjoy your breakfast also in open terrace, however in Greece there are smokers everywhere and this is disturbing.Many restaurants options nearby. free parking available.

Nice hotel with all the facilities. The staff was very helpful. The hotel was in a good position where you can reach most of the beautiful beaches of Epirus.

We love this hotel. It's very comfortable: well equipped room facilities and a good breakfast. It's close to the beach and bars and restaurants. We have stayed here twice. Emmanouela is a lovely host and she remembered us from last time.

Ionian Theoxenia is an extraordinary hotel. A place tailored to each guest, impeccably clean and tidy, comfortable and maximally pleasant for a stay. It is architecturally well thought out, with excellent sound isolation. The rooms are spacious, modern, the bed is comfortable, and everything what is necessary for a pleasant stay of tourists is available within the package price. There is a sufficient number of parking spaces inside and outside the hotel, Wi-Fi signal is constantly available and good enough, everything is well organized and functional. The breakfast is excellent and meets the needs of tourists with the most varied desires and habits. Special praise goes to the entire staff, starting with the hotel owners, extremely kind and helpful receptionists, and finally to the cleaners who perform their work very meticulously (one of the strongest impressions from our vacation). Just like the overall peace, and tranquility that the hotel exudes, but also the whole little town, which is especially pleasing to older tourists who want to relax. For those interested, a large hotel pool with a sufficient number of comfortable deck chairs is available, but for tourists who prefer swimming in the sea, the hotel offers its own (free) umbrellas and deck chairs. The beach is incredibly spacious and almost deserted, which allows for a completely relaxed stay in and out of the beautiful Ionian Sea. This is one of the most pleasant and relaxed vacations we've had so far, certainly beyond expectations, so repeat is more than realistic in the coming years. Finally, I would just like to mention that the hotel does not offer the option of dinner, but there are several restaurants in the town that offer quality food. We chose a small Tavern called Elia in the center of Kanali, with an outstanding menu and local cuisine, very friendly owners and staff, a characteristic atmosphere, but also more than fair prices for the quality offered. A vacation that will not be forgotten!

This is probably the first time I can't think of a single thing to complain about. Almost perfect location and vacation. But if I really have to write something in this review, then I would only correct a few small things inside the room that may not have been completely practically thought out and solved. But these are literally little things, which do not reflect at all on the final judgment and evaluation.

Staff were friendly and very helpful with suggestions for restaurants and places to visit. The hotel was well located and the room was very comfortable.

I really have no complains. The hotel was exactly as expected and showed on the website.

The staff was friendly, hotel is great but the location and the beach is terrible, unless you want to drive one hour to the best beaches of Greece, and to the city for the night life. The breakfast not enough choices, it will fill you up but not my kind if food… if you go early you will find food and coffee. You can find a lot more other hotels in the city where the life of Greece is for the same money. I would not go here again due to “ location”.

The room was on the ground floor, it had a lot of space and was also clean. The design however was a bit disappointing

The property was very peaceful with large pool. Despite many hotel guests, it didn’t feel crowded. It’s within walking distance to few very good Greek tavernas with great traditional cousin and fresh fishes. There’s also free beach sun beds you can access a a hotel guest. We didn’t use as the pool was great, but they’ve always seemed unoccupied so would have also be great for someone who is looking for a peace and quiet. Great breakfast too with fresh bakery daily. And it’s until 11am so even better if you are not an early bird.

Everything was great- but be ware that the buses to Parga from nearby are not reliable. We’ve waited to board as the busy never arrived.

The breakfast was fair but there were no vegan options.

The shower was old and worn. The water from the shower had a very small flow and the floor was filled with water, we opened the siphon to let it go and came out on the other side very dirty water that smelled strongly, the pipes were dirty and shabby. Pool towels had sunscreen residue from a previous customer. The pool water was very hot. The fridge was not good. It had no dish soap and no sponge dispite plates and cutlery.

The hotel is nicely laid out. It's clean and well looked after. Everyone is professional, friendly and welcoming. It had a good feel. Our spacious air-conditioned room was spotless and everything required was there. We only spent one night there but will book later in the year.

Cleaning can be done better.

The hotel is very well maintained. We had a very large, comfortable room with a balcony and a beautiful view of the sea and the pool. The bed was large and very comfortable. The breakfast was good. Lunch and dinner are not available, but there is a pool bar and a few restaurants within walking distance. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is almost on the beach and has a good location to explore the beautiful area and its (ancient) sights.

Located just off a side road on the seafront. A short walk away from a small row of restaurants and shops. Quiet. Lovely sea views.

Nothing. Perfect for what we were looking for

2 night stay in this hotel in Kanali, it has a large room with sofa, comfortable bed, with fridge and AC. Parking is free around the hotel. Breakfast is good, coffee is good. The view from the balcony was nice with pool view and also sea view. The staff was nice and spoke good English. Around hotel there are also some restaurants. It's a quiet hotel also. Recommended

Everything was fine.

In a quiet location, modern, clean, comfortable hotel with very good staff. There is a lovely pool and external bar area to relax at. Kanali is a short walk away where there are bars, restaurants, and shops, plus a long shingle beach. The hotel provides a good buffet breakfast, but does not have its own restaurant, although there is room service (did not use). This does mean foe evening meal you will have to go out. Overall though a very good hotel to stay at, and would use again.
