- It was a very nice property. Nice rooms. Staff as very friendly and helpful
- Well-organised resort with plenty of facilities, especially for kids. The game room was a big plus for us, even though it closes at 8 p.m. Valtos Beach is sandy with crystal-clear waters. The service was excellent, and all the employees were very professional and kind. A nice bonus was the goodie bag given upon check-out, a great gesture.
- Beautiful beach and property
Cons -
- The only downside from a personal perspective was that our room in the new annex building was on the first floor, which made it difficult to get up the stairs at night with strollers and sleeping kids. However, I understand that the hotel was fully booked with families, so someone had to bear the inconvenience.
- Not enough towels in roomBreakfast was ok
- One night we had the dinner buffet. Not got value for what we paid.A lot of good but not tasty…

Beautiful beach and property
Not enough towels in roomBreakfast was ok
Fantastic location. Like being in a dream. All is clean, full of plants and flowers, well maintained and build in a way it look like a small place.Service was superb
One night we had the dinner buffet. Not got value for what we paid.A lot of good but not tasty…
The location, the beach and the breakfasts were great. The staff was exceptional.
The room and the amenities are lacking appeal especially the gym. The room need to be renovated and updated. One of the light fixtures was not functioning.
The resort is amazing
The coverage and the quality of the wifi are very poor, in our room, we didn't have wifi at all.

I wanted to thank the wonderful staff and a resort worth visiting for a vacation.
I hope the owner will invest in beds next year because we had body aches, there was an unpleasant smell in the room we stayed in, and I hope the tents on the beach will be replaced because they are too small, such a beautiful resort with wonderful staff and wonderful guests.
Wonderful property on the beach. A lot of greenery all around. Very clean and decent breakfast
The room did not have a coffee machine (only instant coffee sticks. The drainage system in the bathroom was not good. Every time we took a shower, there was water everywhere
The beach nearby is good. The distance from the port is perfect
Should not be available for one night . I've ordered 2 rooms for 1 family and got them far apart. Night watering of the grass also wet balckony with sweamsuites to dry.
We stayed at the hotel for seven nights in early August. Our room had a partial sea view, which was a plus, as most rooms overlook the gardens, and many are now located in a newer annex across the road, farther from the beach. The gardens themselves are beautifully kept and perfect for an evening walk. The main facilities – including two restaurants and a bar – are set along the beachfront, offering spectacular views, especially at sunset. The beach is crescent-shaped, with coarse golden sand and clear, cold waters. While busy during peak hours, it never felt overcrowded. The hotel mainly attracts families with young children, especially from Scandinavia and the UK.Our room was spacious and clean, with a small grassy area and sunbeds outside. The bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. Hot water, however, ran out quickly, and the exterior doors lacked interior locks, which could feel a bit insecure at night.Food was the weakest aspect. The buffet (both breakfast and dinner) lacked variety and flavor. Additionally, staff were often too pushy about selling wine and drinks, both at meals and on the beach, where service could be slow despite their generally polite demeanor. Wi-Fi was also unreliable, especially near the beach, although the hotel showed willingness to address this.On the bright side, the massage service was outstanding — both therapists were highly skilled and exceeded our expectations. Free activities like swimming lessons for kids and evening beachside movie screenings were also very successful.Despite a few issues, we genuinely enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel.
Do not be fooled by the photos on the internet. The hotel is located in the middle of a very crowded beach and does not offer privacy or exclusivity. The facilities are outdated and in need of renovation. The room's bathroom had no ventilation and smelled of chlorine. The breakfast was mediocre. We stayed for only one night and paid 590euros which is unacceptable for a resort of this standard.
The location was very good. It was close to the sea. The hotel staff were very welcoming at the beginning and provided information about everything. The room was very nice and clean.
However, our experience at the beach was quite disappointing. When we arrived, all the sunbeds were already taken. We informed the beach staff, expecting some assistance, but they left us waiting under the sun for 30 minutes without offering any solution. Only after raising our voices did they respond. We were told the beach opens at 8 AM the next day and that we should come early to get a front-row sunbed. We went at 8 AM, but all the sunbeds were already “reserved” with towels, even though we had been told reservations weren’t allowed. Once again, we had to insist in order to get a spot. The beach bar prices were unreasonably high, and the food quality was very poor — truly disappointing. In the evening, we tried one of the resort’s restaurants, Kokona, and unfortunately, it was a total letdown. From the beginning, the staff were unwelcoming. A waiter told us we couldn’t sit because food would take 40 minutes due to high demand, even though there were only about five occupied tables. We politely said we didn’t mind the wait and asked if we could at least have something to drink or a salad in the meantime. After some insistence, they finally seated us, and surprisingly the food came within 15 minutes. The hospitality was non-existent, and the food wasn’t worth it at all.Overall, while the location and room were good, the service at the beach and restaurant left a lot to be desired.
Room, beach, helpful staff, location
We tried to order plain omlette for my son, they said they could not do it.
Beautiful grounds
There wasn’t enough options for food - more pool lunch snack items and then no seafood at dinner
Very clean. Very kind and superb staff! I have stayed at many 5 star hotels and this definitely competes with them. I didn’t know a small town like Parga could deliver this exceptional service and match its gorgeous location. We will be talking about this vacation for years!
Nothing, everything was amazing!
The hotel far exceeded our expectations. Our room was clean and comfortable and the friendly staff catered to all our needs. The breakfast was very good and both restaurants served delicious food and we had options for our one year old everywhere. The location was amazing, in front of a beautiful beach and the playground and play rooms helped our toddler have an amazing time. Highly recommended.
Location, size of the rooms, gardens with flowers, the beach, the pools, terrace/patio of the room
The variety and quality of the food at buffet breakfast (and as I saw on dinner buffet) should be improved, not ok for a 5 star hotel.
Only the beach
The hotel definitely needs renovation. We stayed at the hotel 3 nights, they only brought 1 bottle of water. While I m on vacation, I dont want to spend my time trying to receive bottle of water and call reception everyday. Cleaning also was not good enough.
Breakfast was okay, the food in the restaurant and the beach bar was delicious. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were very impressed by the gardens within the resort and how varied the vegetation was. The two play rooms and the playground with the swings were also a nice feature. The location and the proximity of the beach were great. There are several well maintained pools.
We arrived earlier than predicted and while we waited for the room to be ready, we asked at the reception where we could change the child's diaper, so they sent us to the toilets downstairs, but there was no diaper changing station there. People are leaving towels at the sunbeds, even though they are not present. No free spots although there are not many people at the beach. The resort should try to manage this somehow.
