Staff were friendly, helpful and welcoming. Front seating areas are spacious, pleasant and comfortable. Underground parking is excellent. Place was very clean..room cleaned daily. Location is perfect...right by the beach and restaurants.

Room was a little tight for space..not really a problem for us. Bathroom was very tight for space...particularly the toilet area. Aircon worked seemed to struggle to keep room cool overnight...just slightly uncomfortable. Road noise meant that we needed to keep windows closed in evening...not a great deal of traffic...but noisy. Bacon and eggs were not always that warm at breakfast. Fruit tended to be "hoovered up" fairly early by some greedy guests..but sadly was not topped up. Breakfast slightly limited...no beans or warmed tomatoes.

The hotel's location and breakfast were excellent. You can walk to the beach and many restaurants nearby. Having a parking facility is also a significant advantage. On a positive note, the staff serving during breakfast and at the café in the evenings were very kind.

Firstly, I would like to mention that our hotel room was very different from what was shown in the pictures. It was on the ground floor and faced the parking lot. Although the rooms were described as renovated, they had an outdated appearance. The cleanliness of the room and bathroom was not up to standard. The shower head holder was broken, so we had to hold it by hand while showering.On the morning of our first day at the hotel, we asked reception for information about getting to the nearby beaches. A man, who we assumed worked there, approached us. While joking with the receptionist, he sarcastically mentioned that reaching those beaches by car would be challenging, taking more than 45 minutes. He suggested that we take a boat instead, which he could arrange. We thanked him and said we would drive. About 10 minutes later, we easily arrived at the beach by car. We were truly disappointed to feel like we had been misled.Another issue I would like to mention is that when we left the hotel, the same staff member made things difficult for us. Instead of helping, he told us we couldn’t manoeuvre our car in front of the hotel, leaving us in a challenging situation. Sadly, it felt as though he was trying to take some revenge. My mistake was not asking for this individual’s name.I’ve been vacationing in Greece for many years, and I’ve always encountered honest and friendly Greek people. This was the first time I’ve experienced something like this, and honestly, I was pretty surprised. I needed to inform you about this situation because it deeply upset me.

Excellent location, just a few meters from the nicest beach in Parga. The staff were very polite and made us feel very comfortable with excellent service.

In one word everything!! Outstanding service, friendly accommodating staff, very clean! Kosta and Zoe made us feel like we were family from the minute we arrived. I have never been to a hotel that I really have nothing bad to say. Excellent! Outstanding!

As location, very central place of Parga. Nice hotel and partially renovated. Breakfast was rich. Very close to beach. The sea view was excellent.

Location of this hotel was brilliant. No steep hills to climb and very near to the Kryoneri beach!The breakfast had lots of different items to choose from.The balcony was a good size and we had a partial sea view which was lovely.The staff we encountered were all friendly.

The bathroom was very small with hardly any room to move between the toilet and the sink and shower cubical!The room could be improved by some black-out curtains as the light would come through quite early in the morning.Maybe some more juices could be added at breakfast as there was only orange squash and water.

We liked the holiday atmosphere the most, everyone was smiling. The owners are ready to help you if needed (thank you very much Zoi for helping us with the change of arrival and departure dates). All the staff are friendly. The hotel is very clean, the room is cleaned daily and used towels are changed, quality sheets and towels. Very good breakfast with fresh fruits and vegetables, Greek yogurt and honey, homemade cakes. Very good location on the main street but not in the crowded area, very close to the beach. Parking available.

Amazing hospitality, great location, offered us free breakfast even though it wasn’t included in the price.A bit outdated.Overpriced for the quality but I guess location excuses that.Basically you will pay for location.

- Absolutely clean, everyday room cleaning, change of towels, excellent service - Perfect location, in the middle of everything, steps away from the beach, shops and seaside restaurants - Underground parking for all the guests (very valuable in Parga) - Elegant attic decoration - Nice small yard/garden with flowers and agrumes - Great management, helpful hosts, friendly and hospitable - Breakfast is quite good.

The hotel is decorated to a high standard. We arrived late and the concierge came out to meet us more concerned we got to our room, dispensing with checking in. We were treated like family throughout our stay and nothing was too much trouble. One day the owner even went and cut an aloe Vera leaf from the garden and rubbed it on my wife's sunburn as he was concerned. Breakfast was superb. All the staff were friendly and we were genuinely sorry to go.

We enjoyed our stay in this very nice hotel, with very friendly owners, with one of the best locations in town, in the very center of Parga. Everything is within walking distance. The hotel has an underground parking, which is great because you cannot really park in the area We had a double room to the sea site with limited sea view, that we found great because you could see a bit of sea and castle from the balcony. For those who want it, there are other rooms a bit more expensive on the last floor with direct see views.The room and hotel were prístine clean. I highly recommend staying there !

Only one thi g on a rainy day no English Chanel on TV perhaps a music Chanel would be good.
