it would have been nice to have a tee bag or instant cofffee to go with the hot water boiler, and 2 bottles of complimentary water if you are 2 guests.

The check in was painfully slow. Bad lightning in room. Very clean. Comfortable room. No tea or coffee in the room. Lack of parking .

We stayed at this hotel resort during the low season, in march, the price was good for the quality. The room was very clean, nicely decorated, and had an outside seating table to relax at. It was very quiet and we had a pleasant stay. Private parking costs 6 euros.

* Thin walls* Hot room* Check-in was slow and check-out was even slower (nearly 30 minutes). Both times (Friday evening and Saturday morning) were understaffed. It’s a real shame that the first and final impressions of the overall experience were not good.

A pleasant hotel in the countryside, near Travemünde harbor. In nicer weather a lot of possibilities to do outdoor activities, but we were here in December and it rained all the time. It was also very nice to buy an extended stay for 50% until 6pm (18 hrs) since we were waiting for the night ferry and the weather was really bad.

The cleanness of the toilet

Location with golf course surrounds and quiet country village. Spa and Sauna (which was included) you had to walk down the road a little to access, but was very good. Towels were provided with a carry bag. Restaurant had a lovely outlook over the greens and staff were very friendly providing us with a young man who could speak English and was very engaging.

The room we were given was hot and stuffy, though it was not hot weather at the time of our stay. No verandah (compared to all the other rooms) and so our room got full sun all day with no air conditioning or ventilation at night. Could not get any airflow from windows, either. The accommodation is spread out over various locations not in the one building: Reception and restaurant, hotel rooms and spa complex all separate and walkable though.

Nice and quiet.

Waking up to the noice of lawnmover or harvesting or something loud outside at 5.30 in the morning when its hot and you need to have the windows open. The noice continues to around 7 am.

Nice clean rooms, good beds, great breakfast.

Buildings / rooms all spread out over a rather weird premises. Just 2 buildings are in the green surroundings of the golf course. All the others are perched into a neighbourhood. Pictures did not show this. We felt a little tricked out.

No coffee machine or mini bar in the room, no complimentary water. A/C would be great to have especially for the summer months.

Overbooked so we didn´t get the small apartment we had booked but got other rooms instead that compensated our needs.

A beautiful dog-friendly hotel with parking. Stopped over on the way from Finland to Croatia, just barely made it to check in from the Finnlines ferry. Beautiful property amid a quiet neighbourhood. Very big room with separate toilet and washroom (with a bath tub). In the morning we were able to visit the underground pool (were the only people there).

The hotel room was modern with a large bathroom and big comfy bed. Parking is easy and the golf course provides very peaceful and beautiful surroundings. The restaurant has a wonderful view of the golf course. The buffet breakfast is delicious and very reasonably priced.

It's a very long walk to the beach so it's best to bring along a bicycle!

Property was good but staff on the golf field was very unprofessional and rude

We needed it as a hub for the ferry home to Helsinki with a little baby bridging time to check-in. Did do the job. Didn’t stay overnight

We booked also for the planned transfer back to Germany. Needed to cancel - asked for a refund via booking which was denied. Not helpful, but to accept. What we did n o t accept and what wasn’t ok was ignoring multiple messages concerning late check-in and other things. For we received no reply at all we cancelled the second booking - what a pitiful service!!!!!

The location was exceptionally quiet, the apartment was cut in a great way (living area separated from sleeping area). In addition to the requested baby bed our apartment contained a changing mat, a nappy trash can, a package of wet wipes, a small toy and a pixie book for our 1.5 year old- which was amazing and so thoughtful-really great!! The view from the windows was also great and it was just absolutely enjoyable altogether! The Italian restaurant also offered tasty food for takeout which we ate in our apartment, as we didn’t want to take our kids to the restaurant. Nice staff, also great breakfast!

Very cozy, cleaned, spacious room, with all needed amenities. Perfect location at the golf resort, amazing views to the green fields and the lake, great variety of food for breakfast. Sauna and swimming pool to chill.

Not to expect much

Literally asked for double bed & we got two single cover sheets , we asked for double bed sheets and they told us they dont provide that. the heater wasn’t working that well, we went to visit spa , no one was there to assist , parking spaces always full & tiny.
