Breakfast was very good and the staff was very nice and attentive.

Pet restrictions for breakfast, for a pet friendly hotel. Had the weather been different, our dog would have had to stay in the room. Never had a problem with our dog before coming to breakfast at pet friendly hotels. Also you find out this information after you book your stay. This important information for dog owners should be made available before someone makes a decision on staying.

Just wonderful! Calm and classy. We booked a classic room with balcony last minute with breakfast (which was great!) so it was a bit pricier than normal but we are very glad we went for it. We have found our place to go to now and we will be back (but will book ahead next time!).

The location is really good and the breakfast buffet is amazing However I chose the more expensive room because it had shown a bathtub on the picture and I also messaged the hotel, that I booked the higher category because of the bath tub.I got a room without a bath tub I also travelled with two dogs. There is no space in front of the hotel to park the car to unload. My assigned parking spot was behind another building. When I asked if I can park the car shortly in front of the hotel they were not impressed and asked me to park on the road (which would have blocked it for other cars)

Delicious breakfast and friendly staffs!!! This is my second stay at Cozy and I always enjoy my stay here. Such a lovely hotel to stay. I invited my friends and my parents to stay this time for my wedding. Everyone was happy!

The door is little difficult to open

The place and the hotel are extraordinary. Restaurant provides fine dining and drinks are available throughout the whole day for hostel guests.

Apartments with sauna are at the top floor with a steep steps and no elevator, that should be kept in mind when choosing your room. Opening hours of café are a bit useless.

Everything was amazing! You feel that the team takes great care of guests and property. Hotel is spotless clean, very cozy and makes you feel relax as soon as you enter the room. Linen bedding and hard mattress are great and make you sleep like a baby. Hotel is dog friendly and provided everything needed for my beloved paws.

Simply everthing, however the staff makes the added value! Extremely helpful, going beyond the usual service, always smiling and definitely guest orientated! A special thanks to the breakfast service team, who remembers every guest and the habit of each guest, as well as to the reception team, handling guest feedback in an amazing manner! Amazing breakfast!Love the dog amenity!

If I would need to point out one thing, then I would prefer to have bowls for the cereals in the morning for breakfast, rather than the cute deep plates, as easier to carry to the table.

Definitely the worst hotel I've ever been to. The staff was terribly unfriendly and rude.As soon as I entered the room, went to the toilet, and washed my hands, the siphon fell out under the sink and all the water splashed on me and on the floor. After calling reception to say that I had a flood in the toilet and that the siphon had broken, the employee from the reception came and then said that they didn't have a plumber. I then asked to be moved to another room because I had neither the time nor the nerve to spend the day I planned to stay in that hotel on their repairs. An employee lied that they didn't have any other rooms available, even though the hotel was half empty and I still went to check on booking.com and of course, there were available accommodation units!The employee from the reception then called another employee who just entered the room and did not introduce himself at all. Later it turned out that he was some kind of manager. That manager just reconnected that siphon pushed it back into the wall, and said that everything is fine now and that the cleaners will come to clean up the flood.I of course went crazy and asked for a discount because of the dirty pants, i.e. the cost of dry cleaning, time spent, inconvenience, and stress due to their approach.Basically, they didn't even try to apologize for the inconvenience, let alone calm me down because as soon as we arrived after a long trip and checked into that worst hotel in the world, our room turned into a bus station.At check out, they gave me a discount of €18 and when I asked them why not the 10% they promised me, the employee said that the tourist tax was not included in the price even though it was clearly indicated on the booking.com application that they were in the price of 300 € per night including all costs, taxes and tourist tax.Another proof of their theft, rudeness, and unprofessionalism!!!

Space, decor, breakfast

Beautiful interior, very well kept and clean and amazing breakfast.

Beautiful hotel with spacious rooms, well appointed, luxury linens, and friendly staff just steps away from the main pedestrian zone and the beach. I wish I would have stayed longer. As a bonus I can't recall the last time I slept in such complete silence than the night I spent at the Cozy Hotel. It was perfect.

The breakfast was excellent. The hotel was situated perfect, close to the sea and close to the restaurants. Really nice that you got a bottle of wine in the rooms.

It was a pity that the restaurant and bar was closed on the day we were there. The rooms were quite small.

I felt really comfortable here, also as a solo traveller. A great place to relax and just minutes walk from shops, restaurants, and the beach. Loved the breakfast buffet and restaurant and bar with a cosy seating area. The staff were really friendly too.

Nothing - except that I would have liked to book another Friday night stay shortly after my first stay here but it looks like there is a minimum 2-night stay at the weekend. ?I would love to come back again though!

Breakfast was great, very friendly staff, nicely located. Everything was clean and in good shape.

The rooms are far from being 'sound proofed'. I could hear literally everything my neighbours were talking next door. The kids upstairs were very loud and I could hear them all the time. Everything happening on the hallway was noticeable loud and clear. Might be normal for some hotels, but I expected this differently since this hotels advertises itself with rooms being 'sound proofed'. The restaurant was nice, but could offer more vegetarian or vegan options. Overall the food was great, but quite pricy compared to what you get.

I am in love with this hotel, such an a positive experience staying in your hotel! Its located a bit away from the main road which makes the stay very cosy, on the other hand it is not more than 5 min by foot to the central street and city center. Zimmer is so lovely and new set up, betts are amazing. No nose in the room from the central air conditioner / air ventilation, just perfectly quiet. We liked the bathroom greatly, so romantic and good planned as the room had a separate shower area in addition to the bath.

Gorgeous décor, friendly staff, excellent restaurant (breakfast and dinner were exceptional!). A really good drinks/wine list. Our room was super quiet, comfy and well appointed despite being the more budget end of their rooms available. Don't miss the sauna/chill out space!!

We didn't have any shampoo/conditioner in our room. There was some soapy stuff in the shower (unlabelled) so I wasn't sure if it was shampoo or not. Our shower cubicle made the bathroom floor quite soggy, but not a major issue!

It was clean, modern and charming. Breakfast was delicious.
