Hotel Weiss Kreuz

Spacious communal areas and gardens, super comfortable beds and rooms although a little sparsely decorated, interesting art, great facilities, super dog friendly and polite and efficient staff. The restaurant was fantastic: superb food, a highly entertaining waiter and a delicious breakfast too.

Last order at the restaurant was 8pm which is too early.

Very friendly staff, and a great breakfast buffet! For cyclists, they also have a garage to lock away the bikes.

The village of Hospental is the cutest villages, and the hostel is right at the heart of it. Our host is so caring and organised, it is outstanding. Breakfast was very yummy

Easy to find just off the toll road and very close to the spectacular Viamala Gorge. Room was comfy and clean.

It was just very basic and more expensive than many of the other hotels we stayed at; breakfast not included in the price.

Rooms a little dated

Hotel has good restaurant, tasty, good quality food, summer terrace us fantastic for midday capucino under the sun in autumn! Location is close to all starting points for hicking routes, close to trainstation (250m).

The location was perfect, free hotel parking, comfortable very clean rooms, Lovely breakfast and terrace area to eat

Clean, simple, friendly staff and great breakfast. Quiet location, and easy to get to from train station.

Very central location in the middle of Thusis. Good secure bike storage. Perfectly adequate room and bathroom. The lady on reception was nice.

There was no place in the hotel (or in the entire town!) to eat or get a drink - we ended up getting take-away pizza and a can of beer. Oddly, there was no-one on reception in the evening - ok for us, but difficult for the Dutch couple who turned up (not very late), and found nobody there. Considering the limitations, the value for money wasn't great, really.

Very good breakfast and comfortable room. Dinner Menu had vegetarian and meat selection. Itw as very well prepared and arranged. Completely satisfied with this Hotel and the very friendly hospitality we recieved.

Fantastic beds! Great quality along with the comforter and pillows too. Breakfast had great and nutritious things like fruits and yoghurts and different nuts, as well as eggs and breads and cheeses.Oh, and the restaurant terasse has an amazing mountain view.

Carpeted floors is not my fav hygyene wise, and there was no ventilation system in the room except for us manually opening the windows. So it got a bit hot.

The staff was incredible nice and gave me some great hiking information and a trail map. The hotel was a short walk from the train station located in the center of town. The hotel was clean, comfortable and the food at the restaurant was delicious. There is an amazing rooftop room/terrace which was a great place to have a drink in the afternoon/evening. The breakfast was great!

The breakfast room and breakfast buffet was wonderful and the staff was super nice. The rooms were spartanic but clean.

There were not enough outlets in the room and the room was very outdated compared to the restaurant. The walls / doors are not insulated very well so that everything can be heard in the hallway. The cleaning lady tried to unlock our room at 08:45 to clean even though both of us were loudly telling her no. And then she gave us a nasty look when we came out of the room. That was really unnecessary. The price was not justified after seeing what the room looked like.
