Not to their fault, but the hotel didn’t have sheets ready due to the dryer breaking down. The hotel room was also somewhat difficult to get into due to issues with the key; the key was also tied to a piece of metal that looked like a heavy chest piece

Location was what made us stay! But they were doing renovations that we did not know about.

Our towels were not clean and we needed 4 beds and only got 3.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location of hotel very good.

Breakfast did not include any fresh fruits or vegetables (e.g. tomatoes or cucumber).

The staff and owners are so friendly, always wanting to make sure your staff is going well. The location is perfect being on the main front promenade.

The breakfast is a basic continental but does the trick.

Property was in disrepair. Very dated Front of hotel not at all welcoming all furniture dated and there were rusty locks on bedroom door. There were loose wires hanging out in public areas .Renovations have been ongoing for some time and not at all completed. Mattress was extremely hard. Member of staff on reception inexperienced in dealing with issues pointed out.I requested a different room and was informed there were none available although booking . Com cited there were 8 rooms available. I was offered another room for a further 20 euros . This was unacceptable. The member of staff contacted the owner of the hotel and there was no compromise about a different room or a refund.Meanwhile the key rack seemed full of keys for the hotel.The pictures on booking .com are inaccurate

This unpretentious hotel perfectly met our needs for a relaxing and comfortable holiday. The location is excellent—right on the main boulevard and close to cafes and restaurants. The view of the Ionian Sea is stunning, especially at sunset. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are cleaned daily with fresh towels and sheets provided. The bathroom is spacious and well-appointed. A major plus is the on-site parking, as finding a spot for your car in this part of the city can be quite challenging. The staff is polite and attentive.

A wider variety of fruits at breakfast would be a great addition.

Basic breakfast but many things to choose from. Right by the sea. Lots of good restaurants and bars close by. Not at all something special but everything works.

The pictures I saw online and the room I was given were no where near the same! When I expressed this the girl at reception took me to the other side of the hotel and showed me different rooms (the ones online) and those rooms were great had to pay a little more but.

Staff: Young people working/helping very polite.

The hotel is too old. Needs drastic reconditioning... Air venting system in bathroom too noisy with electrical wiring naked!!! Sink, bathroom tub and toilet with yellow/brown stains due to ageing... Even bed sheets were too old, frayed.Owner didn't like our comments...

I liked the location

Firstly , I didn't get the room I booked.. but that wasn't the issue. The issue was that they put me in a very old room with very old furniture, the AC was leaking water on the floor , the walls had damp and probably has been many years since the last time they paint the place.I called the receptionist about the water leak and they come and they change me a room , once I entry in the new room we saw that there was also leaking there from AC, so they change me again but on the next one was a problem with the toilet and they had to change me a room again.From outside the hotel looks nice but from inside it really needs refurbishment. I also chose a room with see vew but I had buildings vew.The bed were very uncomfortable. The only good things that I can say for that place is that they had a parking, and a nice receptionist. That hotel really should change owner or manager!!!I fill really sorry for what I wrote but that's the truth!Hopefully they will change something!!

The staff was very kind and polite. The location for 1 night stay as transit city is good. The fact that it had parking space was very convenient to us, which we evaluated as primary when choosing this accommodation unit. The breakfast in overall was ok, as well as the staff taking care of clean tables, but could be added some new utensils and especially the holder of Nutella which made my nephew to skip breakfast.

The rooms' facility were very old and out of dated. The beds were not comfortable. The bathroom needed renovations. The fridge in the room was unplugged and a little smelly.

Greek pension-style decor in no-frills rooms. Further from ferry terminals than other hotels but does mean you discover actual Igoumenitsa with range of cafes and bars along waterfront.

Longer walk from ferry terminal than other hotels. No obvious wi-fi in room.

Off street parking, 5 minutes from ferry terminal by car. Staff friendly and helpful.

I had one of the renovated room... perfect bed with full view on the sea. Bathroom modern and spacious. I really enjoyed it. Thank you!!

Good location on the waterfront with private parking

Not keen on the 10€ charge for a cat, why? I'd expect the room to be thoroughly cleaned anyway. I bagged up all the rubbish and swept the floor before I left. However breakfast was included which I hadn't realised so it's fair in the end.

We were lucky to be upgraded to the newly redecorated suit, otherwise the rooms were very old and unpleasant.

Wonderful sea facing room ,just renovated. Modern and very spacious. Private parking on the back, generous breakfast

Part of the parking was dirt road
