Aktaion Hotel

For us it was a great place to rest before a long travel. Very kind people and a nice and clean hotel. The view in the restaurant in the morning was breathtaking for me, it was so beautiful. I recommend it.

The room was small but we managed .We loved the balcony overlooking the harbor and boats.

The location is excellent, across from the port, amd near many restaurants and other shops. The room was basic and functional. Our room had a balcony from which we could watch the comings and goings of ferries and the changing colors of the seascape. Mesmerizing. For the price, it is a good spot if you are arriving late or taking off early on one of the ferries.

We had two twin beds and would have preferred a queen bed.

Bathrooms - spotless clean and very modern; unexpectedly wonderful.

AC was not working well.

Owners are great central and easy to access town and ferries ??

There wasn't anything not to like. Bathroom was clean, bed was form but fine and staff was very accommodating.

Staff helpful and kind. Room sound and light proofed. Cute balcony with table and chairs. Nice spot for a glass of wine to watch sunset or eat something light. The hotel has a café and an internal atrium to enjoy a beverage.

Bed could use a bit of extra padding, but overall, good.

We always choose the Aktaion each year when we travel to Greece, and if we need to travel back to the mainland.The hotel is very clean, easy to find and pet friendly with restaurants and shops nearby

The hotel was steps from the port and close to good restaurants.

Very nice hotel. Perfectly clean. The staff is very helpful and nice. We asked for an additional blanket. There is an option to pay for a breakfast at place - 10 EUR per room. There is a hairdryer in the room. We were not sure about the arrival time and they ensured us that will wait for us. Location - just 3 min drive from the port. In 5 min walk there is a very nice bakery.In less than 1 min walk there is a specialty coffee.

Good location, close to the city center. The size of room was ok, pretty clean bathroom and toilet. There is a table and a sofa for third guest in the room.

Very decent breakfast - all they have are boiled eggs, a lot of pastries, slicing the cheapest cheese and sausage, apple, bananas, pears and cornflakes. I am on healthy-eating so I could eat only egg and fruit. Personal was not friendly at all, we had breakfast included but the receptionist even did not explain about breakfast time and how it is arranged, just gave us the keys and TV remote control (!!!) and that is all. When we did check-out they did not ask about our staying, if we enjoyed it or no. The view from the room to the construction site.

Absolutely perfect! Clean, perfect location, comfortable, and great value. The breakfast was perfect. Thomas on the front desk was very attentive and friendly..He helped with booking our transport to Albania when our Ferry was cancelled.We will be back again.
