The owners were very friendly and the hotel was well placed for the town.

Parking is awkward as it is in a steep incline and narrow residential streets

It was easy to find and I liked the fact that they had a restaurant in the property

It didn’t have enough outlets for charge all the kids electronics stuff

The property was located near the ferry terminal - a short taxi ride away in a working class neighborhood. The room was clean, however under the beds was not. Mosquito screen on the door to the balcony overlooking the street. Very little noise from surroundings. Good value for breakfast in the downstairs restaurant Owner supplied frig when requested which was very helpful.

Even though I arrived very late the hotel arranged to make the check in easy , they left the key at the entrance of the hotel , I immediately saw it . Very happy with initiative,as I was very tired from the ferry boat trip 10 hours

The location was good and the employee/owner who greeted us was very friendly.

Value for money is veeery low. We paid 70€ for a room which has not been renovated since probably the 70s. The window curtain was broken, the beds were uncomfortable (albeit clean), the air conditioning did not properly work. I would not recommend it.

The owner was kind.

The furniture was really old. The put us on a small broken bed so we barely slept.Also the room was dark without balcony.

The location of the hotel is very good. 10 min walking to the main restaurant area and sea side.

The furniture is old but functional. The room was very small, for example you need to avoid the bed to enter the bathroom. The mold in the room is visible, and the bathroom is not well aired. The sleeping sheets were clean, but the bathroom had some hair. Parking is available but you need to look around the neighborhood for a spare spot. It is the cheapest place in Igoumenitsa, but this is not an excuse for the carelessness of the owners.

I liked the warm and friendly reception. This is a family run hotel and I quickly felt that my prescience and needs were valued as if a member. The breakfast and meals were well prepared and served with personal care. It is well located in a quiet square near the centre.

While it is good that there is a small terrace for each room if a neighbour uses it to smoke outside the fumes can enter during the night. However this can be quickly remedied by closing the door to the terrace.

Super friendly staff that waited for me to get there. It was quite late at night. Otherwise comfy and clean and spacious, with a kitchen station. Loved it.

Avoid this place please- Shower doesn’t have a screen and water literally floods the bathroom everytime you shower it is unavoidable - No wall attachment for shower handle, meaning you have to hold it when showering. So frustrating - Floor drain in bathroom has fallen in leaving a hole in the ground - Majority of the lights in the room not working. Only 1 working light- Bed squeaks for any movement and is very annoying - Bathroom and room both very outdated and rundown- Forget breakfast, no one is ever there - Location is up a hill away from it all- Balcony shutter is stuck halfway down, can’t be moved- Bed very itchy

Cold water in the shower. It took maybe 5 minutes unter some little bit of warm water was coming. ventilation in bathroom made a VERY VERY loud noise when turned on with the light. that’s why I did not use the light in the bathroom anymore. The room was clean but just super humid after taking a shower even when leaving the window open for hours. Dead mosquitoes on the walls…

Just a short walk from the front but much cheaper. Friendly reception in the bar nice cold beer. They were very understanding about the late ferry.

I have never ever stayed in such a dirty and spooky place. Very unpleasant experience.

Dirty place, uncomfortable beds, furniture and equipment in extremely bad condition. Even sheets and blankets were covered with stains.

Hosts were super nice, allowed me to keep my luggage in their restaurant an extra day
