    • The hotel site and condition were perfect in comparison to another hotel in the site , clean , same room we booked online , has parking in the back yard, good wifi connection

    Cons -

    • No, our expectation was was for just one night and move on, however it was so nice we stayed an additional night.
    • The hotel is extremely far from the city center. Everything feels dark and depressing — even the lobby lights are off most of the time. The rooms are dirty, with hair on the floor and stained sheets. There was no blanket, and it got really cold at night. The smell in the rooms was terrible. We switched three different rooms and none of them were clean or comfortable. We only stayed because we had no other choice.
    • The staff in the check in was not friendly at all , looks like that she is races . Breakfast level ( quality and variety ) below poor level

The Staff were very friendly especially as I dont speak much greek (two words max) I also arrived early (9am) they where able to get me into my room very quickly so did not have to site around the lobby waiting for my room to be ready (which normally is 2 or 3pm)

The pillow was not the best.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is convenient, with easy access and close proximity to the ferryboat harbor. The rooms were clean, although a bit dated, and the air conditioning was not working. Additionally, there were no mosquito screens on the windows, which was a minor inconvenience. On the bright side, the breakfast was quite good, and I highly recommend trying the milibrot. The staff was friendly and attentive, making the stay enjoyable despite a few drawbacks.

Air condition, no moskito screens on windows/ balcony doors

We stayed at Angelika Pallas Hotel for 1 night to be close to the ferry departure port. The hotel was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect for what we required and close to the local restaurants. Breakfast was a good continental style breakfast. Reasonable value for cost.

To provide context we stayed in mid July and it was very hot. The fridge was at the lowest temperature and empty. It would be nice to find a bottle of cold water in the fridge. The water we bought was not even cold by morning. Only one key is provided and all power turns off when it is removed. This meant the room was always warm when we returned to it and it took a while to cool down.

Easy access for the ferry. Big room. Big balcony.

Felt a bit overpriced for what it was. Have had much better accom for less.

We had such a warm welcome on our late arrival (past midnight) we were so grateful and it felt very safe and secure The breakfast was excellent too

It was all great. Authentically Greek and welcoming.

Location to the port was good. Breakfast was fine.

Room was very dated and tired. Paintwork was drab, curtains were tatty and shoddy repairs made. I would never stay there again

Very nice building, location, artwork and staff

One of beds was not made properly and shower had limescale and not too clean. Room was very small for three beds.
