The breakfast lady was great, the bread and all was perfect. She was very educated and prompt to help in anyway possible.

Last day during our stay was no hot water.

A lot of kids/Teems running in the hallway screaming knocking on their teammates door till late hours of the night. So much for their chaperones....

The location is not ideal for pilgrims - almost 1km off the trail and far from town with restaurants.

We were able to make a reservation and arrive at the last minute when our flight was cancelled after midnight. The rooms are very clean. The beds were extremely comfortable. Great shower water pressure and temperature. The breakfast buffet was simple but very good - especially the glazed donuts! The service was friendly!

This is a hotel on the west side of Porto. If you have seen the city and want a local neighborhood scene, then this hotel is near all of that. The park is not far and the beach is a 15 min walk. There are wonderful restaurants along the beach. Very clean comfy room and friendly staff.

The breakfast was nice.

There were multiple hairs in the bathtub and at least one hair in the sheets on the bed. The hairs were not noticed in the bathtub until we were unpacked and I was about to give my baby a bath. There was also no plug for the tub. I went down to reception to get a plug and mentioned the dirty tub (which I already cleaned). The staff apologized and offered to switch rooms, but there was no way I was going to pack everything up after a long day of travel to move to a new room.

Good quality food.

It looked weared off, neighbours were loud, walls were dirty, some towels had holes in them.

Perfect for a last-minute stay after our flight was cancelled late at night. Not too expensive, comfy beds, clean, and a nice breakfast included. We all slept well after a stressful day!

The location's a bit out of the way, but we didn't stay long enough for it to be an issue.

Incapability to find solutions for some issues such as the noise of staff doors and high temperature of the common areas

Absolutely nothing.

Everything inside my car was robbed. Parked right in front of entrance. They know it's problematic zone they didn't tell me or offered to park in their in doors subterranean parking. I knew about that the day I complained and was robbed and filled the police report.

Good choice. Impressed with the hard work of your person in keeping breakfast items well stocked and place cleaned.My feelings are that there should be another person helping her.
