Sea Porto Hotel

Great location and friendly people. It is not far from the water and we had a beautiful dinner watching the sunset on the ocean in about a 15 minute walk. People spoke multiple languages.

We stayed at this hotel twice. Originally the plan was to stay here on our arrival the night before starting the Camino. We liked the place so much though that decided to book it again before the departure. It's only 10 minutes away from the airport, yet in a nice quiet neighborhood and walking distance from the beach. The breakfast was wonderful, staff very polite and helpful and of course, it was spotlessly clean.

Desk staff very friendly and helpful. We need help with luggage transport for the Camino. They were great!

Staff was super nice and made our stay as comfortable as possible.

The entrance for the garage was very steep into the sidewalk/garage entry.. Do not recommend for sports/low cars as they will get damaged like ours did.

No coffee in the room so had to go out for one and staff refused to give me a bread knife to butter my sandwich which was very odd, but could buy one? Very basic hotel is how I would describe it.

We looked for a hotel close to Matoshinos to be able to surf and this was a great option for money. A15 min walk from the ocean and waves, yet well connected with the Old Town of porto (both, by bus and metro). Great staff, great facilities, couldn't ask for a better stay.

Very clean with a large room,excellent bathroom area,was very quiet and relaxing,lovely view from balcony of old church and a spooky looking house,breakfast had a good variety of food

If I have to be critical the menu at hotel was a bit basic BUT as we were close to many restaurants this wasn’t an issue

Not one bad thing to say. We loved staying at this hotel . The staff great and friendly . We hand fresh breakfast daily and delicious and fresh fruit . Our room was very comfortable and the staff cleaned our room daily after a long day venturing out in Porto we always came back to beds made and clean room . I will stay here again on my next return to Portugal. Excellent

Camere spaziose, pulite, ottima colazione

You are supposed to be a 4 star hotel and provide a service accordingly but our experience was bad from the beginning because of one person, working at the reception: Ms.Ana Day 1 - we arrived in the afternoon, very tired she's talking to another couple about Porto...we wait and after more than 15 min. finally she checks us in, in less than two minutes. Why couldn't she stop talking about Porto and its history, check us in and resume with the other couple?Day 2-3-4 - She is at the check in desk, mornings and afternoons and while other employees greet every guests coming or going....she treats everyone like an invisible ghost which deserve to be ignored. Day 3 - We leave at 8, we put the sign to make up the bedroom, we come back at 15.30 and it is still not done. We ask her to please do it but instead of saying "yes, of course, sorry for the inconvenience", she tells us "our policy is to clean the rooms from 9 to 17, we haven't clean your room because it's done based on a priority system".....ok, so why on earth nobody told us anything or no information is present in the rooms....because otherwise we would have acted accordingly and asked for a morning clean up.
