Good localisation, near to the airport.

There is no air conditioning in the room and it was really hot at the time. Poor options of snacks in the breakfast.

Just the front desk staff.

They advertise a restaurant in the hotel, it was shut down, does not exist. No nearby restaurants, no food at facility for lunch or dinner. Air conditioning was "under maintenance " so no air, they gave you a portable fan but guess what, the outlets in the room didn't work! They said don't open your balcony door too many mosquitoes! Horrible hotel!!!.

I loved the restaurant. The food quality is 5 star and that was a very nice surprise. I also loved that I had a balcony. The bed was comfortable and cleaning was done perfectly. I was welcomed by the staff and everyone was super friendly and fun. I was also given free water and soft drink. And they allowed me to do early check in because my flight arrived early. Overall I am satisfied.

This property can use an upgrade. They will have more clients then. The walls are thin. You hear everything. The heating/cooling system is ancient therefore very loud. There is no iron, iron board, hair dryer, coffee machine, kettle or water in the room. The room is just a room with bare minimums like toilet paper, soap and towels. That’s it. I brought my essentials because I read the reviews before I booked my stay. And I stayed here because it was close to work. I would stay here again because it is close to work but I wouldn’t come back here for a holiday.. so it works for emergencies and one to two night stays as long as you bring your own essentials and also if you don’t get a loud person next room to yours.

The staff is very nice, the rooms and instalations are very good for a 3 star hotel and the prices are acceptable.

The pillows were not very good and the bed was a bit unconfortable.

I loved the place. Really good people working there, nicely cleaned and organised.

I wish there was some air conditioner because it was so hot when I was there.

Breakfast was very good and the big pool excellent.

Aircon noisey and traffic noise

I stay at this hotel occasionally because of its location, as it is relevant to my work. The staff are very friendly, and one of the main reasons I like staying. The hotel doesn't have EV charging infrastrucutre, byt the staff allowed me to charge via a connection from their offices|! The rooms are dated and simple, but clean and comfortable. I have never enjoyed the pool, but it's big, sorrounded by a generous lawn.

The breakfast is in my opinion mediocre at best. The price of the room is comparable to some 4-star competitors that offer far better breakfasts.

The staff were really friendly and kind. Lovely staff. Close to the airport as I had a connecting flight the next day to another location.

The room was extremely old fashioned. Very basic. Very comfortable bed.

Although it was dated, it was very clean. Good location too.

The air con was awful, the room was so hot all night we hardly slept, couldn’t have the window open as was next to a main road so was too noisy if we had it open.

Noisy’ dated ‘ and carpets needs to be replaced in suite .. vey basic and dirty stains ..Paid 100 euros thought I was staying in a better hotel to be honest from the photos on the website…

Everything was great with the staff and the check in. I was allowed early check in. My room was supposedly upgraded to a balcony view. this was acceptable.

the only thing is that the room had no heating and the shower was not working as it should be. There was dated furniture especially caprpets in the room.

The hotel looked a bit dated but the room was very comfortable and breakfast was excellent. Staff was attentive and helpful. Very happy for us to change room as we were not very happy with the first one given. The shower was very good and we were very happy there. Location was good with easy access to main roads and to Porto.

Nothing really major just the parking was a bit small when it was busy there was no-where to park. But we managed it albeit a bit further away than ideal.

Central location on the highway and a short hop from the Camino. Great breakfast buffet.

I did like the breakfast, which I had 2 slices of bread, 2 slices of ham and cheese and a coffee.I did like the Wi-Fi even tho was not very stable but still was able to connect and get all the information I needed as the staff was no where to be seen.

I didn't like the fact I had to wait for 40 minutes (me and another gentleman) for the receptionist to turn up, eventually she turned up without any apologies.I didn't like to find out at the reception that the Hotel located in a motorway didn't have any food at all either snacks or proper meals, apparently they only serve food from Monday to Friday. There was a vending machine of chocolates and drinks, that's all you can get if you planning to stay for the weekend.I didn't like the cold water tap in my room wasn't wroking, gladly the hot tap wasn't too hot. Despiste having the Air Con broken I have been supplied a electric heater.I didn't like to see an empty fridge that looks like someone just left it there to look better, even tho you could see from the entrance that fridge wasn't even plugged in (I understand without anything inside no point being connected, but if not being used why does the room has the fridge then? Decoration?)I didn't like when I came back downstairs to get a recommendation where could be the closest place to eat but after my check-in I couldn't see the lady from the reception until the morning after.I didn't like the bar was with the lights off and there was a person sat watching the futebol (same person who called the receptionist when I was waiting) so I'm assuming his the person behind the bar, no uniform, just casual clothes and couldn't tell if was a customer or a staff. I didn't like the woman singing opera on the ground floor far end of the hotel for about 3 hours, wasn't sure if was a customer or someone just practising in a hotel room.

Close to airport

No parking available. Very noisy. Cleaning lady wanted to clean while the busy paper was on the door. Very frustrating experience.
