Great location and nice staff

The room was nice, but there was a bit of street noise

Booked it as emergency stay after flight cancellation. So it was great that hotel is 10 min away from the airport.Room was big and clean.

Despite 2 people of the staff at the reception desk, I had to wait 25 minutes (!!!) for people before me to complete their check in, it was exhausting and really unexplainable for me why it takes so long.

Location for the metro to get to the airport...you can visit the beach and plenty of great places to eat ...

The room was a bit dated but as they're building an extension i expect good things to come

The double glazed windows are old so the sound proof it's not that great so you can hear the metro. Also there was works on the building next to the hotel, so I couldn't sleep from 8 ISH ?... Lots of drealing and banging noises

The day lady with glasses at reception is always extremely accommodating and polite, fantastic customer care skills. She is mostly the reason I and my husband always go back to this hotel. However, the rest of the staff are also extremely good.

The noise from the next door building due to constant and ongoing building works.

It was a comfortable room and the bed was comfy. The breakfast was delicious.

It was a very comfortable, quiet, one night stay with a generous sized room and views at the back of the hotel. The bed was comfortable and we appreciated having two pillows each. The bathroom was compact with a shower over a bath tub which was a great option after a day of long distance walking while on the Portugese Camino. There was plenty of room to store luggage, good size wardrobe with safe and mini-bar frig. The breakfast buffet was the highlight of the stay with a great variety of food to be attempted by.

Nothing to do with our stay but for pilgrims on the Camino, the hotel did not have a stamp.

I think the hotel corresponds to a three-star hotel quality in Portugal. The breakfast was good, lots of variety, the staff was really nice and helpful, the room was nice, comfy, clean and had everything we needed for a four-day trip. We even borrowed an iron from the reception as we are travelling to Porto for a wedding. The location of the hotel is great, right in front of a tram stop and there are restaurants, cafés, supermarkets nearby and the beach is also within walking distance. Overall, I was very content with our stay at this hotel and would come back the next time we travel to Porto. I would recommend this accomodation to people that enjoy surfing as well and that want to avoid the tourist rush and be away a bit from the city centre.

The only negative aspect I can mention is the construction site right next to the hotel. The noise was very loud and during the weekdays they start at 8am. But we did not stay a lot in the room during our stay, so it was only bothering us in the morning. It is not something the hotel has an impact though, so I am not going to take points in my review because of that.

Excellent hotel , very clean and comfortable with a great breakfast and just 10 mins walk to the great sea promenade

It has a great location (exactly next to the metro station), perfect and amazing breakfast, kind staff and comfortable/big room.

The staff are amazing so helpful from helping you get on the metro to booking taxi to the airport, happy helpful Any time the day or night, they speak English which is amazing, the cleaning staff amazing clean, happy people, the bed and pillows are so comfy and snuggly if I could have packed them in my case I would have!

The only thing I missed was a kettle, a option to have one in the room would be amazing

Breakfast very good

The room service was bad. They didn’t change the bath towels from one day to next day. They didn’t leave toilet paper in the toilet even after complaining to reception nothing been done. On the other room they forgot to leave towels in bathroom.

There was no kettle in the room. There was a construction site next to the hotel, work started at 07:00 AM. Maybe this should be shared with the guests in advance, so that they are aware of this inconvenience.

This hotel meets expectations, very good location - lots of shops and restaurants not far from, near location to the beach
