The staff was helpful.

Nice room; comfortable bed.

Too few parking spaces.

24h reception

Location.. no public transport nearby.. you need car to get there..

A clean and quiet basic hote

Unfriendly staff. We arrived at 00:30 with two children, and the hotel was completely closed — no one at the reception, no doorbell, nothing. We stood outside for several minutes not knowing how to get in. Eventually, we found another door nearby that was unlocked, so we entered. Then a curly-haired girl at the reception started scolding us, saying we shouldn’t have used that door because it was an emergency exit and told us not to do it again. Okay, but how else were we supposed to enter if no one was at the desk?Later, another couple arrived and had exactly the same problem — they also stood in front of the locked main door, not knowing where to call. The only reason they got in was because the receptionist was already there, checking us in. Overall, the receptionist’s attitude and communication were very disappointing.

Modern, clean, quiet area

We paid for the breakfast, but nobody checked to see if we paid. Probably wasn’t necessary. The extra cost. Food was plenty but quite mediocre. Also, no restaurant at this location unless you want to walk.

The location, great price, the bed was comfortable

Needed extra blanket, cool at night. The fridge was not really cold

Exceptional cleanliness, comfortable beds.

Location is not easily accessible- you will need a car or take Uber. If you don’t mind that it’s good value for the comfort you get.

The bed was very comfortable and big. Parking was free and it was very clean.

The lovely lady at reception with the long dark hair. She was so nice & welcoming.

Super hotel, super soba sa prostranim kupatilom, besplatna kafa i sokovi

Lokacija. Do Aerodroma treba 40-ak minuta pjeske, nema restorana u blizini

Staff very friendly and helpful.Coffee and tea all day.Room comfortable, shower new and clean. Not too far from nice beaches, very close to airport and from there, there is a metro straight to Porto city centre.

The location is 30 minutes away from the airport on foot.

It was very dirty and 0 sound isolation. I heard people’s speech all night and early in the morning. It is just a ridiculous cost saving for towels and the linen and the curtains are already very dirty. See the photos…

Location was great for car hires and airport. The staff was attentive and kind. Comfy bed.

Staff were excellent,Room was very clean and location is great

Check in is at 2pm was late when getting off of an international flight that landed at 7am. We had to stay at the airport for 7 hours waiting for check in.

Very nice, new facility. Clean and comfortable rooms. Wonderful staff.

smoking right outside of the hotel. smell comes in when door opens.

The staff was friendly, courteous, and very responsive. Breakfast was very generous and delicious. The rooms are very comfortable and clean.

Location near the airport (35 min. on foot), great starting point for the Camino for us (from Matosinhos). Super friedly staff, very good breakfast.

Excellent location, 7 min to airport parking, clean rooms, smelled nice and new, good price for money

Very clean, modern and comfortable. I’d not heard of this hotel chain before, but it was a pleasant surprise.
