Short stay, cozy elegant , comfortable, helpful and nice staff.

Central location. Valley and mountain view. Peace and quiet.

I liked everything about it.

Breakfast was excellent. Evening meals excellent. Décor excellent.

Great hotel , ideally located in the middle of the town, very clean, staff were extremely friendly and helpful - special thanks to Antonio and Marko in the bar area.

Only slight issue was that the extractor fan in the bathroom was not working.

Breakfast was excellent. Location is very good with pleasant views from our room and from the terrace, bar and restaurant. We'll placed close to the centre and surprisingly quiet considering this.

There was nothing that we didn't like

Rooms were clean and nice.

Found out we had to pay for breakfast AFTER we ate when we checked out. We went for breakfast toward the end of it for a quick coffee and some toast as there was NO selection. Everything was picked over. Got ripped off on the price and would have never ate there otherwise. When checking in, the guy told us that there was a breakfast and we thought he meant free as most hotels offer a free small breakfast, and when we stayed last year, we got free breakfest.Zero laundry service available if you only plan to stay 1 night.

The rooms were clean and nice. If you just want a place to sleep that is clean and nice with no services then this is your place.

When checking in, we were told there is a breakfast and shown where to go for breakfast in the morning. Last year, when we stayed here, we were given the free small breakfast, so we assumed it was free. When checking out, we were charged for 4 breakfests, a crazy price considering there was ZERO selection, most of the food was already eaten, and we had to go to a different brunch place for food as there was no selection. After checking into my room I wanted house keeping to do some laundry for me from my previous travels( paid of course ). Apparently the deadline is at 10 am ? They did not offer the fast service laundry for 50% premium which I would have paid. Very disappointing.

Excellent breakfast - not the widest range of options we've ever seen, but all very good quality and fresh.

Breakfast on Sundays only starts at 8am (other days it's at 7am) - it feels late and it made things tricky for us, as we had to leave early.

The hotel is great! Nice room, beautiful finiture everywhere. The staff is really kind and both breakfast and dinners were good. I will definitely consider that for my next trip to Porto.

All was good! A shame it’s fare from Porto city centre , bur was okay for where I needed to go for work.

Breakfast was good but food in the bar and the restaurant just terrible. Also service is extremely slow considering we were the only ones eating.

Lots of plants giving a beautiful, natural environment. Very well maintained. Helpful, friendly staff and a wonderful breakfast.

Car couldn't fit into the garage so had to park out front. Not too much of a problem in early March but probably difficult in peak times.

Breakfast was was ok. Could have a little variety, this is really based on the other location we stayed in the last 2 weeks. The hot plates was always low in quantity. though we were always a bit late in going.

The room and the hotel were exactly as shown at Booking.com and as we expected.It was only for one night but we are very satisfied.

We expected more from the dinnner in the evening. Not only because this is a 4star hotel, but also we had passed on that the reason for our stay was our 30th wedding aniversary.

Incredible service and cleanliness. The room was perfect and spacious.

The hotel gym was limited and without air-conditioning.
