B&B HOTEL Saint-Witz Roissy

Comfy beds, pleasant staff, easy checkin

Although very conveniently located near the Parc Astérix, it remains located in an industrial area, charm less area.

We were surprised at how clean and comfortable the room was. The air conditioning worked perfectly and there was ample parking. We stayed here to be close to CDG airport and it was very convenient.

We weren't sure where the reception was as we arrived late at night, but once we found it all good, the receptionist was very nice.

the reception is open 24-hours a day, close to the CDG airport, unrestricted shower flow

despite the advert for Canal Plus at the reception desk, the TV doesn't work at all (no channel, no radio available)

Close to the highway

Toilet was broken and could not be flushed. Long wait at check-in after a long drive when we just wanted to go to bed

This hotel is basic, but perfect when you're traveling and need a place to sleep. Been here twice now, and it's decent, clean, quiet, enough parking space, the beds are good, so we'll definitely come back again when we're traveling from Spain to the north of Europe.

Great accommodation, newly refurbished. TV would not work, probably due to the refurb.

Good quality priceGot room for 4 and all was ok and cleanBreakfast is ok Around there are restaurants and quite close to CDGOverall, this is a better choice than all hotels closer to CDG which are overpriced

Room little bit small for 4 people

Location, dog-friendly

Tiny bathroom

Good stop over

2 hotels from the same brand within meters of eachother, could not get car through gate for a long period of time as night receptionist was not responsive & machine outside gate were not working

Very clean, nice beds and only about 15 mins from the airport

Room was slightly cold and the heater was blowing out cold air but it was snowing outside so I'd say its normally warmer

Really the opposite of charming...

Shoddy place, people smoking in the building. Essentially only construction workers who stay there short term...

easy access, ok rooms

very noisy, very little insulation between rooms, the first floor has sewage smell problems in the rooms

The booking in was an absolute shambles. We were sent to another location only to find our booking was at the place we arrived at originally. No apology, there was only 1 person on reception, an enormous queue, complete shambles. It used to be a good overnight stop on the way south but since taken over by B&B a complete disaster!

Excellent breakfast

Checking in and hard pillows .

we were only for transit

the room space is very small, but equiped with all the necessary stuff

It was close to the airport and the Parc Asterix, which was the purpose of our visit

The fact that the reception is poorly managed especially for people arriving late. At night. We arrived and the gates were closed. It’s code only entry but the code isn’t sent after booking , which makes it difficult . Breakfast was extremely basic and not that much options to choose from

Never again

The hotel room was far from clean. The carpet in the corridor was full with all kind of spots. The bathroom door had a not removed blood stain. The room had insects. In one word: horrendous

Clean rooms, comfortable beds, quite area, helpful staff, good choice at the breakfast. Most important is convenient location in regards to CDG airport.

Sadly no family room available on check-in despite booking, but all was good in the end. Not major issue.

Easily accessible from the airport by taxi. We only stayed one night after our plane ride. The hotel provided the necessary comforts we needed and was perfect for one night.

Convenient stop on the way back north from Spain/southern France. Spacious, secure (gated) parking. Nice newly renovated bathroom.

The room was very basic (but quite OK for the price).
