Novotel Roissy Saint Witz

There was a strong body odor smell in the halls when the cleaners were cleaning

24 hour reception, breakfast had a good choice and an early start. Room was a decent size.

Not enough parking spaces for non-electric cars

The location is excellent for a Paris trip, it’s easy to get to and excellent value for money

Would be nice to have more simple facilities in the rooms.

The breakfast was absolutely brilliant. Top class! Thank you to the staff who prepared it. Everything you could think of. Waffles, crossiants, cooked breakfast, fruit, yogurts etc.Staff at dinner and check in were very friendly.Comfy rooms. Quiet. Good size bathroom. Nice power shower.

The corridor lighting was quiet dark.

Nothing not nice very outdated old room

Only cleaning

Very friendly & helpful staff, great size rooms & a lovely breakfast

The location

The breakfast. Few options and in general the food did not have good quality for 19 euros er person.

We arrived late this time so didn't have a meal at night but have had the meals at night on previous visits and they have been really nice - cannot say the same for breakfast though - give it a miss, definitely not that good on previous visits

Check in could have been better but I think this was down to Booking.com as there were others there struggling too who had also booked via the site. The hotel couldn't find the bookings for several people who had all booked via Booking.com - they were found eventually but we were all stood wondering if we were booked in or not

Close to the airport Beautiful grounds Nice breakfast and dinner areaFriendly staff

Terrible spare bedMouldy smelling roomsVery run down. The place could do with an update

Room was large and double bed was comfortable.

We booked this hotel based on the lovely photos online of a spacious pool area, pretty walks and high quality room fittings. However we were disappointed. The pool is small and needs a good clean; the property is right next to the motorway (convenient but certainly not very pretty!) and the hotel just felt old and tired. The bathroom was particularly poor, and needed a good clean. Restaurant was good however.

Good location. Breakfast was good.

Very poor English skills among the staff. Rooms full of bugs - ants and mozzies - leaving my arms covered in bites.

Good location. Decent breakfast.

Poor English skills.

Good value for money. Location close to the highway without any noise. And friendly staff. Heated swimming pool helped the kids spend some energy after a long ride. Wil go back if its again a good break for a long ride.

It was a bit simple on looks and atmosphere but all within what you can expect for the price.

I reviewed this hotel a few days ago as we stayed twice but again. The rooms are great and comfortable but communal areas need a lot of work. Very run down. Lots of broken bits and pool it’s filthy. We also payed way more city tax than expected. Over €30 for 2 nights for 4 people

Rooms are comfortable and nice and staff are friendly

The rooms are fine and bed comfortable and clean

The communal area needs some serious maintenance. The pool is dirty and lots of stuff is broken. The stones on the floor are wobbly and my daughter fell on the floor because she tripped on them. The it’s needs lots on maintenance. Breakfast was good but again needs a good clean and sort out.

We picked this hotel as it was halfway for our long journey and close to the autoroute. Our allotted room we found it had a strange smell, we reported this to reception and without any fuss our room was changed. Staff were very pleasant and helpful.

The bedrooms where a bit basic for the price

Good stay overall. The staff was nice.

We also booked this hotel because with these hot temperatures, we wanted a pool. However, it was extremely dirty. Didn't take the risk to get inside ?

Location good near highway and many restaurants, Double bed comfy

Pool was smaller and less attractive than the pictures suggested, could use a cleaning. Also room with family set up / sofa bed is quite tight, while on pictures it looks more spacious.Rats walking outside on the carpark.

There was a variety of food for breakfast. The cleanliness of the hotel was exceptional. Staff re friendly and easily approached willing to help.

Diner menu was above aspected.

The arguments behind the bar caused by 1 particular men (manager?). The housekeeper (cleaner) smelled very bad.
