The room is clean and the furniture is new The parking is free

The hotel is under construction, the corridors and the elevator are dirty. During the night, a sort of engine was running and making a lot of noise which prevent me sleeping

I would not recommend this hotel. The room smelled like someone’s armpit - seriously unpleasant. The staff wasn’t helpful at all. When it was pouring rain, they couldn’t even find a single umbrella for guests.On top of that, they gave wrong information about breakfast - they said it was served until 11am, but when we showed up at 10:30, we were turned away.The location is also terrible. It’s in the middle of nowhere, so without a car, you can’t even buy a bottle of water nearby. They make it sound like it’s close to the airport, but that’s misleading - you’ll still have to pay over $50 for an Uber to get there.

Dirty room

The room was not clean. The floor especially was dirty. Then I was charged extra for bringing my wife.

Stayed for 2 nights. The hotel is clean, quite, lovely pool and other facilties such a gym and a small bar. Plenty of room to sit around, Good access to main roads, bus service etc. I wold stay there again.

I like everything there.

It was so relaxing and quiet! And the decor is different and not the normal hotel chain feeling!

They need a passage through the restaurants on the other road rather than having to walk all the way around!

Idéal to go from and to Charles de gaulle airport and parc Astérix. Yet, very quiet. Very good breakfastLots of nice restaurants nearby ( even if they are chains)

The Breakfast is nice. The bed and the pillows are really nice.

the fact that not all the staff from Reception are talking English, making the conversation really hard. There are only 2 Ladies that are really nice and helpful.

Nice property, pool, locked outside parking. They have EV chargers there, about 8 or so. Really nice breakfast and friendly staff.

A bit old and tired in places but good room.

Nice facilitates and clean room but due to the hotel hosting an all day and night party which we hadn’t been informed of the communal areas were very dirty.

Fire alarm went off twice in the middle of the night. No clear guidance from the 1 staff member on duty of what we needed to do, unclear as to why it was going off - staff saying it was a smoke machine but party coordinator said there wasn’t a smoke alarm. Loud Music went on until 2am - police were called due to party refusing to stop and no staff to manage situation.

We loved the swimming pool and breakfast was great.

Room was a little small but still nice and fresh.

The proximity to parc asterix. Good restaurants as well as McDonalds and KFC near the hotel. The hotel had a heated outdoor pool and the rooms were comfortable. It was very clean and staff were nice.

A small improvement would be the replacement by staff of toiletries and coffee pods when used. We had to ask reception for them to be replaced every time.

Proper clean room

Big organised party at ground-floor caused two fire alarms during the night with full evacution. No staff present at the reception. No-one knew what to do. We considered leaving the hotel in the night.

The room was great, we had a small issue with the TV in the room, and the staff helped us to quickly change the room. The hotel is in a quiet place near the airport in Paris. Lovely to wait for a flight or to rest in the middle of the fields. I loved the staff. Very kind.

The second room had strange visitors. flying ants or something. We didn't had those in the first room, but in the second room, there were some insects, nothing disturbing.

Mostly fast food restaurants, bit far from village. But fine for overnight stay to go to airport.

Heated swimming pool. There was a small fridge in the room. The location is good. A room that could accommodate one adult and three children.

Only one big blanket in the double bed. And you didn't get an extra blanket for one person. So the child got a blanket and I slept with a towel.

The spa and sauna was wonderful, the heated outdoor pool was a gem, the outside seating was very nice, it was a tranquil place to be. The hotel room was spacious, well equipped, and I slept twice on the bed, both times falling straight to sleep it was sooo comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, all with the exception of one.. but it didn't Marr my stay. The pool table in reception was a nice touch too, even if the cues had had too much abuse!Car park was enclosed, secure and ample

2 x cans of leffe beer were a bit expensive at €16 for both, one member of staff was a bit unhelpful while we were checking in, but I dealt then with his colleague instead, who was most courteous and helpful.

The staff were very nice and super helpful with everything. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Mini fridge, safe, desk, mirrors, big TV and a lovely shower. We also liked the view through our window. We really enjoyed the pool area, jacuzzi and sauna, very simple but it does the job perfectly. Same with breakfast even though it was a bit pricey. It was a good place to be away from the city for some personal time and rest.

There was a family event going on during our stay, which meant there was a lot of people in the common areas. This group took over the whole hotel and there was absolutely no respect for our personal space. They sat in our lounge chairs and started going through my friend's bag while we were inside the pool, we got hit by their football more than once even though it was forbidden and they broke every single rule clearly written down (children in the jacuzzi, eating, jumping and running in the pool, etc). The hotel staff was around and they didn't do anything to enforce the rules from being followed. There are always going to be people that don't listen to the rules but it is up to the hotel staff to make sure they don't ruin the common spaces for other guests. The jacuzzi area for example was a mess after kids were jumping into it. It is not comfortable for us as guests to be complaining and fighting with other guests. On the other side, we booked a twin room and they gave us two beds merged into one bedding therefore it was a double instead of a twin. We didn't mind greatly but I feel getting the bed you book is the minimum you can ask for. Also we would have really appreciated to have access to netflix or any streaming service (even putting our own account), to be able to enjoy the tv properly.
