- I was very satisfied with the hotel! It is located in an excellent spot, just a 2-minute walk from the bus stop, which made transportation very convenient. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, contributing greatly to my comfort. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist. The breakfast was delicious with a generous selection. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend it to others!
- The quy at reception. He gave me good tips for walking, dinner, really nice and enthusiastic. Took a massage at the spa, give that man (allen) a raise .

- Nothing
- I think it's a malta thing. Thin walls. Luckily brought some earplugs.
- Parking - they only have few parking and hard to find parking near hotel
