- There was a problem with breakfast, I had paid for breakfast fall all 5, (two rooms), but they said one room was not with breakfast even though it stated breakfast for all on the booking sheet, anyway they did honour this. The hotel is not a 4 star, despite what it says. The rooms are quite worn and look well used. The hotel gives a sterile feel. There was no kettle in one of our rooms. The hotel gives a sports centre feel rather than a hotel. The telephone didnt work in the room. No way to telephone reception. The hotel looks as if it needs a lot spending on it to bring it up to a reasonable standard.
