About
This small country hotel is located in Stühlingen-Schwaningen in the Southern Black Forest Nature Park, and is the starting point for the Schluchtensteig Hiking Trail. Wild boar and fresh venison is served at the restaurant, recommended by the Michelin guide. The hotel also produces its own traditional Schwarzwälderkirschwasser (Black Forest cherry liqueur). Facilities at the Gasthaus Schwanen & Villa Pfarrhus include a free 24-hour tea and coffee machine. Due to its location between Schaffhausen and Lake Titisee, the hotel is easily accessible and conveniently located for trips to Switzerland, the Alsace and Lake Constance. The scenic Black Forest countryside offers highlights such as the Wutachschlucht gorge, historic Sauschwänzle railway, and impressive Rheinfall waterfalls in Schaffhausen.
